Bedroom two hosts a queen bed along with twin bunk beds, with easy access to the property's second bathroom. The common area also hosts a full sized sleeper sofa.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

This home is located in east-central PCB just off Thomas Drive near great restaurants and bars and in near proximity to most attractions in town. A great location to enjoy all the Emerald Coast has to offer for yourself! Guest must be 25 and over to rent and check into this home. This is a No Pet and Non Smoking unit.
