Don't settle for less. This home is designed and set up specifically as a Vacation Rental and is nicer than anything you will find in this price range. Please take a minute to read the reviews.

This is a professionally-decorated former model home with all of the upgrades. From the cobblestone driveway to the resort-like back yard and pool (pool heat optional), this home leaves nothing to be desired. It is spacious with all of the finishings you would expect from the best the builder had to offer. There are 4 television sets, Blu Ray, surround sound throughout (including the patio), and stainless appliances. The living room looks out to the backyard and common area park. The bedrooms are well-appointed, all with walk in closets.

I can take Visa and MasterCard.

Mesa is a mecca of affordable golf with 22 courses within 20 miles that will suit players of all levels. Hiking is within 10 miles and the Mesa Market runs every Saturday and Sunday and has become an area attraction for locals and out-of-town visitors. This home is located in a peaceful neighborhood and the lot has only one neighbor as it backs up to the park and has a play ground literally next door. Additional pictures upon request.

I have done my best to anticipate your every need. This home comes stocked with all of the essentials (coffee, soaps, spices, etc...). All you need is your clothes, toiletries, and meals. The rest is taken care of. A better-than-resort- experience that is a superior value and hassle-free.

Michael was very easy to work with and very easy to reach during our stay. He was also very responsive to any needs we had. The yard was perfect for our dog. We would stay here again in an instant.

Mesa Home with Pool and big yard.

Fantastic House in Mesa

This was our second time staying here and, as before, we couldn't have had a better experience. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Clean house, fully stocked, plenty of communication from the owner. We will definitely stay here again.

Great host! Nice, clean, spacious house. Really good location in a nice quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed the backyard with a covered patio and a beautiful pool (heated on request). Would stay here again for sure.

We're local residents who had a water leak in our home and needed a large house with fenced in yard for our dogs ASAP. Michael was very accommodating! The yard has real grass for the poochers. I was very impressed at the ample supplies in the kitchen. Small appliances, all manner of cooking utensils and dishes, and even some staples were already in the cupboards. I already know this is a great location with quick access to the 60 and 202. Internet worked from day one and I really appreciated the garage access with remote. This is a Vrbo worth renting!

Great place to vacation

We were here 5 nights 6 days. We were in the pool most of the trip. Michael is a very good host, responds to messages very quickly and was so accommodating. Beds/bedding were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend.

In a wordā€¦perfect! It was just my wife and I and our dog. We are from the Gilbert area but had moved away decades ago. We enjoyed having numerous friends and family over for lunch/ dinner instead of having to meet at a restaurant or invite ourselves to their home. The pool is VERY relaxing and love that it was heated. The weather in Nov was cool in the evening so that is a big plus! Great seating areas inside and out. Great backyard and grass and fenced in for the dog. Also, the neighborhood is quiet and easy to take a walk around the block. The beds were comfortable and master was spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and 2 grocery stores are within a 5 minute drive. Finally, Michael was an outstanding host! Excellent communicator and responded to any questions within 30 minutes. Clean, quiet, and felt like a resort! Many thanks!

Very nice property in Mesa

Everything was great! Check in was easy, the property was spacious, clean and well-stocked, POOL was awesome, outdoor area included two grass areas which was nice for our dog, the location was a nice/safe subdivision and it was near everything you need, and comms with Michael were excellent... Our best experience so far... Thanks Michael! We will rent this one again for sure!!!

Best Stay Experience

My family, dogs, and I travel quite often for sports in different states and cities. I have to say that this house and owner was the best stay that we have had to date! Michael has definitely done his homework on catering to families needs when traveling. This beautiful pet friendly house has everything that you need and some! The reviews are right! Great house, great host. Perfect spot for a family vacation!

This house has everything you need for a great family vacation and the host goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Everything was clean and just as in pictures, the backyard is wonderful, and tons of extras like bikes (he even got extras for us!) pool toys, pots/pans/cooking spices etc, shampoo, soap, TP, paper towels, sanitizer. Truly everything you need. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and the playground is right next door and barely used. Not sure of restaurants etc because covid, but for our needs it was perfect. We booked bc of the great reviews and were not disappointed! Thank you!!

Perfect in every way

There is nothing bad to say about this house or Michael. We stayed with my family to move our daughter back to ASU from Illinois. This home has everything. She wanted us to grill out before we left. We had everything we needed in the house to make a great last home cooked meal for her. The pool area is fantastic and relaxing. The bedrooms are so comfortable - everyone slept great! The location is perfect - so much nearby, and pretty much everywhere is within 20-30 minutes. My husband appreciates the list of golf courses Michael leaves! We cannot wait to come back again soon!

Great Experience

This was the best VRBO experience we have ever had. It began with the communications with the owner and followed through to our stay at the property. Upon arrival we found the property to be spotless and all of the amenities as described in the listing. The property was well decorated and pleasing to the eye. The kitchen included all utensils and accessories you would need and more for your stay. The heated pool was fantastic and was enjoyed often. The owner communication during our stay was excellent. We hold the owner and the property in highest regard due the experience we had for our vacation. We would absolutely stay at this property again and highly recommend this VRBO to others.

Catching up with Family.

The property was a huge hit with myself and the family. Everyone was so please with the overall location, appearance and cleanliness of the home and amenities. They could not stop on how pleased they were with everything. Michael was a very responsive host with answers to questions and was very easy to communicate with. The location was great for us, as we were attending a wedding at The Paseo in Apache Junction during our stay and the home comfortably accommodated the 6 of us very nicely. It was closely located to Shopping and a cute Farmers Market in the area that the group got to visit. Michael, also had a great selection of golf courses to visit which the boys did get to play two rounds of golf while there. I will definitely recommend this to family and friends. BDO

Incredible home with all the amenities!

This was a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Very easy access to major highways. The home is just as beautiful as the pictures shown. Michael had all of the amenities we needed...including a crockpot! The house and pool were very well maintained and very clean. Michael was easily reachable by phone and answered all of our questions. I would DEFINITELY recommend this home for anyone traveling to Mesa. There were 6 adults on this spring training trip and we all had plenty of room to both gather as a group as well as having our "personal space". We enjoyed the mornings drinking coffee by the pool. Was a wonderful experience and we will plan to stay again when traveling again for spring ball! Thanks Michael for a great experience!

A little piece of heaven

What a beautiful house with all the amenities! The pictures do not do this house justice! This house is very spacious, clean and perfectly laid out! The backyard is gorgeous!! Lovely private pool.. yard and what I called my little piece of heaven. We spent time in this area every day of our trip! Our family and our little dog just loved this place! Michael is the most fantastic host! He is always available if you need him and is so kind with helping make the trip great! If you haven't ever done the salt river float then it's a must do! We had tons of fun! Michael has been very generous with the listing price of this house! Don't wait.. book it now! :) We will definitely be back!
