A beautifully restored Perigordian barn with a large swimming pool

Nestled in nature, with stunning views, in a peaceful, wooded, and verdant setting, enjoy a beautifully restored house with a 15m x 4.5m swimming pool, perfectly suited for children and adults alike. The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 people. A very large, bright living room (80 m²) with an open-plan kitchen allows you to enjoy your stay at La Grange au Puits in optimal conditions. Outside, there are several terraces, some sunny and some shaded, allowing you to fully enjoy the house and its surroundings depending on the weather. The rental also includes a barbecue and some group games. Rentals are available for the full week, from Saturday to Saturday. The price includes all amenities (sheets and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning, soap, etc.). Nearby you will find shops (4km) and the many activities that the region offers: important historical heritage: Aubeterre, Brantôme, Périgueux, Angoulême; the castles and prehistoric sites of Dordogne; hiking, horse riding, cycling, canoeing, tennis, golf, not forgetting the Périgord gastronomy and the many associated events (markets, restaurants, etc...).
