Overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The outside patio with the river right there was awesome. Location was walkable (15-20 min) to the main parts of Gatlinburg, although it was a very hot weekend. Description and photos were accurate. There is a very small pool. Remote for main TV needed batteries. I would recommend this rental and stay here again!

Beautiful Condo and Peaceful Setting

The condo was lovely!! Danny and Rhonda were great to work with as they were so kind and responsive. The kitchen had everything necessary and the beds were very comfortable. You won’t be disappointed booking your stay at Danny & Rhonda’s beautiful condo.

Fabulous family fun

We had a great time in Gatlinburg and this property was perfect for our stay. It was a short 20 min walk or 6 min drive to the attractions and food. Our hosts were quick to respond when needed and were very helpful.

Great location from downtown Gatlinburg. 1/2 mile walk from the Condo. Large living spaces!! We stayed for the 5 Star Football tournament at Sports World which is 8 miles up the road. Prices were little deceiving for the local area stays. With fees and taxes add about $125-$150 a day on top of your quote. Just keep that in mind. Only real complaint if any was the bedroom fans were a smidge noisy.

Perfect location!

There is not one negative thing I can say about this place. It's beautifully decorated, extremely clean and well maintained, and has all the comforts of home. The balcony overlooking the little creek is my favorite thing about this place. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee. This is the second time we have stayed here, and it's always the first place I check for availability when we come to the mountains.

Fantastic location

The location is perfect for both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! You’re close to restaurants and a grocery store. The building is well kept. I’ve stayed in the building previously, just in a different room and plan to stay here again. The only complaint I have is with the quality of the dishwasher. This didn’t impact the stay at all as we only ate in the room one time. It’s just that we were asked to run the dishwasher and I don’t think they got clean. Overall this was an amazing stay and I can’t wait to come back!

There was a slight problem with housekeeping but owners offered to buy dinner to correct, came back 2 hours later and property was spotless . Everything else was great

Wonderful Stay In Gatlinburg

After a long, but beautiful drive to Gatlinburg, our stay at this property was very welcome. It was easy to find and comfortably within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. We spent most of our time hiking in the Great Smoky Mt Nat’l Park, so we were always tired and sore. This property had great beds and a whirlpool bathtub to sooth away the tiredness of the day. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo! The back porch overlooking the Roaring Fork was perfect for morning coffee on the balcony. Location is super convenient also. I’ll definitely check for availability the next time we plan a trip to the mountains!
