OUR HOME IS NOT another generic, turn-key rental, but a personally & professionally decorated home that we truly enjoy sharing with others!

We are looking for guests who desire and appreciate top quality accomodations and amenities in a beautiful setting. Rich, warm color tones and textures throughout wrap our guests in a beautiful and cozy family-friendly atmosphere.

Very open & spacious! Cherry cabinetry & granite. A perfect fireplace for those chill days/nights to enjoy.

Listen to the stream from the master bedroom at night; it's great way to sleep, lulled by the sounds of water. Donna Sharp quilts adorn the walls.

Easy walk to town or Blue Trolley stop just across the street also for a nostalgic ride to downtown Gatlinburg.

Private parking space in garage near elevator with luggage & grocery carts provided to our guests- very convenient and a nice perk in stormy weather - pull in and you and your vehicle are totally sheltered from the elements.

POOL: Seasonal pool on site.

Gorgeous, heated, indoor Olympic pool and spa at Gatlinburg's Community Center. The pool has amazing views of Mt. LeConte. Excellent locker room & showers. Bowling alley, billiards, workout center & racquetball courts can also be enjoyed at the GCC.

In warmer months kids of all ages enjoy wading in & exploring the Roaring Fork Stream below our balcony.

Try a little trout fishing or relax on our spacious balcony with lots of seating. It is a wonderful outdoor living and dining space!

Tuck yourself into the club chair and ottoman in the master bedroom to enjoy a nap or a good book while listening to the stream.

Games & puzzles in wet bar. Traveling with kids? Gaming systems plug into TVs. Magazines, novels and biographies are in baskets and the wet bar drawers. A basket with brochures of various entertainment venues is there for guests to use.

Finally, our Gatehouse condo is truly a wonderful place from which to base your Smoky Mountain adventures in any season of the year. We look forward to hosting you and yours!

My family and I loved the Condo. It was clean, warm and cozy! We cooked Thanksgiving Lunch and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed. The Condo was in a great location. Close to everything. Pam was a wonderful host! We had a wonderful trip and will be renting from Pam again!

This condo is in a great location. Easy walk to town. We loved the spacious balcony overlooking the stream and the mountain views. The jacuzzi tub in the master was a nice bonus after a long day of hiking. A great choice for your Gatlinburg accommodations!

The condo had lots of room and a large balcony. 15 to 20 minute walk to the main part of the strip, but we enjoyed being that distance away! The owner, Pam, was very responsive when we had an internet issue and got it taken care of! The trolley came by about every 50 minutes, but the app let us plan accordingly.

The condo was beautiful and welcoming. We enjoyed the patio listening to the sound of the creek. Location was great with a trolley stop very close. Parking was very convenient and safe. The rental process was easy and instructions were clear. Communication with the property owner was like texting with a friend. Owner provided information on things to do and places to visit. I really enjoyed my conversations with her. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Would love to return in the future. Great memories were made.

The condo was beautiful and spacious. Everything worked. Loved sitting on the very spacious balcony in the evening listening to stream below. So relaxing!! Having reserved parking so convenient near elevator. Pam was excellent at communicating and answering any question we had. Trolley stop close by. Very convenient to avoid driving to parkway and expensive parking fees. Would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit Gatlinburg. Pigeon Forge is easy to get to from condo location as well. Hope to visit again in the future.

Great location! We love this location as it helps us to avoid most of the crazy traffic. The condo is nice and well equipped. Always have a great time in Gatlinburg and at this condo. We loved watching all of the hummingbirds from the balcony. The weather was perfect too! We will definitely be back! Pam is always great to communicate with and makes sure we have all we need.

We loved the condo. It was immaculate and well appointed. The kitchen was fabulous. We especially loved the balcony. The best thing was location. We were on the edge of all the attractions and once we got orientated we realized the location was perfect. All and all it was a wonderful stay.

Very Nice

Large clean kitchen, all kitchen utensils you could need. Limited food storage due to many kitchen cabinets full of utensils. Bed rooms comfortable and large. Jetted tub. Large dinning/living area. Swimming pool for cooling off and great air conditioner. The only disappointment was the view from the deck was all trees, however the sound of the creek below was nice.

GREAT experience at a GREAT place!!

Wonderful, spacious condo close enough to everything that you could walk if you wanted but far enough out of the mix of Gatlinburg's main drag that we enjoyed a peaceful and serene stay! Enjoyed evenings on the patio overlooking the stream, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and spacious living area. My din also enjoyed the pool. Pam was a terrific host; very communicative and quick to respond making things go seamlessly. If you're looking for a great "home away from home", this one's for YOU!

Awesome condo

This was our second stay at this condo. We would definitely come back for a third time. The condo is clean, in close proximity to town, and has an amazing balcony with the sounds of the roaring fork. The host, Pam, is very responsive, communicative, and helpful.

Beautiful Condo and Location

I cannot say enough good things about this condo. The kitchen was so well equipped. I had no trouble hosting a dinner for the 15 other family members who traveled with us. The owners were lovely and communication was outstanding. Do not hesitate to book this gorgeous condo in a wonderful location.

As long time Smokey Mountain fans, we just never get tired of Gatlinburg's lovely scenery and the sound of the Roaring Fork stream below our balcony. It is a year round playground, no matter the season.

Additionally, having our condo on the Vrbo allows others to enjoy it and make memories from there even as we have over the years, which I always convey to them.

Purchased as a second home, it is curated with warm colors, textures and tones and has personal touches and custom ammenities throughout. As a result, I truly want our guests to feel like they've walked into a warm hug when they come through our front door.

Additionally, as a Vrbo host I have the joy of getting to know our guests and hear stories about their unique connections to the area. Sometimes the story is one of firsts, and I have the joy of introducing guests to this wonderful area that we truly love.

The Gatlinburg "neighborhood" where our Gatehouse condo is located sits perfectly within the city limits of Gatlinburg. Our guests can stroll into town to enjoy its varied entertainment venues and wonderful dining options.

Or a short, free Gatlinburg Trolley ride is another option for popping into town, as the Blue Trolley has a park bench-stop just across the street from the Gatehouse. It drops off and picks up at the trolley station downtown at the Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokeys. And of course the city other parking options.

We also love that just a block from us is the best BBQ in Gatlinburg at Hungry Bears BBQ. Hubby often strolls down to HB, picks up a selection of meats and yummy sides for us to enjoy out on the balcony. A few steps beyond Hungry Bear is Flapjacks Pancake Cabin, a great place for breakfast and lunch.

Also in our Gatehouse neighborhood, within walking distance, is the award winning Alamo Steak House, along with Mad Dog's Creamery & Donuts.

Location, location, location! We knew we wanted a location that provided ease of access. Folks LOVE that our condo does not involve narrow, twisty, curvy roads with hairpin switchbacks that raise a driver's blood pressure and take the breath away from every passenger in the car. Trust me, I am West Virgina Mountaineer and those roads make me short of breath!

So, for anyone who prefers a simpler "in & out" for accessing daily adventures, our location is perfect, especially for folks who want to enjoy the magic of Gatlinburg and the Smokeys during wintertime.

Add to that benefit our private parking space in the lower garage. No matter the weather or season, our guests pull into the garage and tuck their car into our totally sheltered parking space. Just mere steps away are the luggage and grocery carts with the elevator that whisks guests right up to our 5th floor condo.

We and others who enjoy our home get to experience all the above benefits and more. Come enjoy!
