The Space:

If you're looking for an adventure into the heart of Bend, Oregon, this is the place for you. It is the perfect place for a group of four intending to explore Bend. This condo is on the outskirts of downtown Bend and just a short stroll from the edge of the Deschutes River. Not to brag, but we like to think we're among the best locations in Central Oregon! 



Guests love the fact that this vacation space has two bathrooms. It's a vacation space that's got everything you need for a weekend stay, or a longer two- or three-week retreat. It has a full kitchen with everything you need for the Gordan Ramsey in your party. The kitchen is in the living room, which also features a fireplace, closets, sofas, bathroom and a queen-size sofa bed. There's a communicating door with the master bedroom, which features another bathroom. 



Unit 150/151 is on the second floor of the Pioneer Park Condominiums. Interestingly, you have two balconies. One off the living room and one off the master bedroom, which are separated by a divider. The Pioneer Park Condos were built in the 1970s as Phase 2 of a now defunct "condotel" — which was supposed to be a condominium complex run like a hotel. This space and all of those here like it were built to be nightly rentals, but after years of private ownership, they feel more like home than a hotel. The owners of this space bought it years ago and visit several times a year. Therefore, you'll find all their personal touches that set it apart from other vacation spaces.



There are very few private rentals like this close to downtown. The Pioneer Park Condos are among the only vacation spaces near the heart of Bend that have kitchens, balconies and two bathrooms. 



The complex has a shared laundry room available to you. This unit also offers a private internet router inside the unit which makes working from home very convenient! Also, did we mention that the owner has a Gym Membership at Juniper Fitness here in town? He has kindly decided to leave his membership here for guest use, so you will have access to the gym equipment, the sauna areas, the pool they have there, plus much much more!

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.

"This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer."
