It is easy to do everything by bike or on foot thanks to the proximity of the Piraillan market (only in summer) and the village of Canon nearby.

- We do not accept young children between 1 and 2 years old because of the railing on the upper floor which could be dangerous.
- Mandatory cleaning fee of 150 € for the whole house in addition
- Deposit of 1500€ (not cashed) to be paid 15 days before the start of the rental
- Resort insurance required.
- Linen not provided, but possibility to rent household linen (sheets, towels): 25€/person.
- In winter, a flat rate of 50€ is requested for heating.
