Like many houses in Oléron, it is semi-detached with a floor. Decorated with taste and elegance, it benefits from comfortable and functional facilities. A pretty private terrace completes this property to take full advantage of the garden. Wifi in the accommodation. The accommodation comprises: A living room of 42m² with fully equipped open kitchen with built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, a central island, a dining table with bench and chairs for 12 people, a lounge area with a 43-inch TV, a coffee table, two large sofas and an armchair.

A breakfast kit will be offered to you on arrival.
End of stay cleaning is included in the price of the stay. It is also possible to request a cleaning service during your stay for €100. A washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a broom and a mop are at your disposal.�PGJyPg Bed linen: You should bring your own sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases. We offer this service for rent: 20€ for a single bed and 30€ for a double bed for the stay. Pillows, pillow protectors, duvets and protectors are provided according to the number of travellers.
