Great spot super close to the beach and pool made our trip very convenient! Only comment is there was no dish soap/trash bags/basic cleaning items typically provided. House was as expected, clean, and cozy - great for a weekend getaway!

Thanks Madison for your review. Sorry that the housekeepers did not leave the starter supply kit. Just call the office if you ever have an issue as we would have gotten them back over there or we have extras in the office we could bring to you! Come back to see us again!

We enjoyed our stay in Villa 20. Plenty of space for our visit. The villa was clean upon check in. The upgraded pool area is wonderful. The close proximity to the beach with easy access to the beach made going to the beach pleasurable. The feed back I have from our stay is there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms, the mattress’s were very firm & not very comfortable, & it would be nice to have some kind of bar stool type seating for the small balacony area.

Thanks for your review. Housekeeping should have left you hand soap.... so sorry! If you are ever missing supplies, calling the office, we have plenty of extras! Mattresses of course are subjective to taste. Some people like firm and others like soft ones! Thanks for your suggestion of the bar stools! Glad you had a good stay. Come back and see us again!

Excellent stay! This unit is perfect for three couples. Many times there is one king bed and then a mix of everything else. It has two king bedrooms with attached baths and a lower level with a queen and a private area and a bathroom. The location was awesome, virtually steps from the beach. It was clean, updated, and overall amazing. Great place for me to meet my sisters for warm Hilton Head getaway.

Pontos negativos: Limpeza
Great location! Communication and check-in was great. However, there needs to be better oversight with the cleaning company and inspection. There were used bars of soap left in the shower. The light switches had dirty finger prints on them. The area carpet in the living room had a layer of sand under it. Aside from the cleaning, other issues were; wooden sill on the upstairs balcony going outside from the living room is rotting and falling apart. There is traces of black mold on the ceiling vents in the living room as well in the beams. There is a mosquito issue on the bottom floor patio going out to the pool area. I understand it is August with humidity, however there should be spraying on the grounds.

Thank you for your review. The upstairs balcony issue has been resolved. Anytime you have any housekeeping issues, you just need to call the office so that we can have the team return to take care of any issues. Hilton Head does regular spraying for the mosquitos however it's not going to be every night. The high humidity and abundance of rainfall, we cannot prevent mother nature! Hope you still had a nice time on HHI!

We’ve stayed at several of these units. This unit was awesome. Having a cool car underneath the carport (and right at the door) when it’s 98 outside is not matched at HHI.

Excellent Stay!

The property was clean and as described. Amenities were excellent. Kitchen and bathrooms are very nice and recently renovated. Close to Coligny and right at the beach. Relaxing courtyard with the pool. Road noise can be a little loud in the bedrooms during peak.times but otherwise quiet and relaxing. Would recommend and will rent again.

Enjoyed our stay

The property was exactly as described in listing and pictures. We enjoyed our stay there and the location. Sea turtle getaways is great to work with! Pros: Clean Location Grill Hoses at both entrances to wash off Floor plan Small complex with not crowded pool Cons: Due to the condition the previous renter left the unit and the crowds at the island, the person cleaning the unit didn’t leave until 6:30. All the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and loud and desperately need replaced.

Gem

We really loved our stay - the condo and the complex were both lovely. The condo is really close to the gate though, and that gate needs some serious WD40. We could hear it every time it opened, day and night, and it woke all of us up throughout the night as well.

Very clean, but average at best for the price.

Beds were uncomfortable, there could have chairs on the porch facing ocean. More like ocean view, than ocean front. No extra trash bags or dishsoap. This was average for the price.

Thank you for your review. The owner replaced both king beds while he was here from Aug. 28th to Sept. 5th, so they should be much more comfortable now! You are correct, this is an ocean view villa in an oceanfront complex. Housekeeping only provides a starter pack of trash bags, dish soap, etc. to get guests through their first day or two until they have time to make it to the store. We hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise!! Selena

20 Hilton Head Villa was a great stay for our family. The location was excellent, and beach access was just a short 5-minute walk through the backyard area. The condo was very clean and fully stocked with linens, appliances, and even basic condiments, which made the stay convenient and comfortable. The property managers were also very nice and friendly throughout the process.Parking is limited to two cars only, so larger groups should plan accordingly. One important thing to note is that this is a multi-level, three-story condo, so guests with mobility challenges or elderly family members may have difficulty navigating the stairs. The entry is on the ground floor. From there, you go down about five steps to reach the queen bedroom and den area with the sofa bed, along with access to the patio and backyard. However, there is not a private bathroom on that level. To access the shower and toilet, you must go back up the stairs. From the foyer, you then go up about ten steps to the kitchen, main living area, and sliding glass doors with ocean views. There is a standing balcony, but not an extended balcony with outdoor seating like some nearby condos. From the main living area, there are about five additional steps leading to the two king bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable.Overall, the space worked very well for six people but I wouldn’t recommend it for guests with significant mobility limitations.
