Tradewinds #103 is an interior gulf-front 1 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 1st floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 800 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 2 remodeled full baths with new comfort height toilets. The master has an en suite bathroom with standalone shower. This unit has a 1 car limit. Sleeps 6

Tradewinds is a 14 story building located in Orange Beach about 5.4 miles East of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Tradewinds has an indoor/outdoor swim-thru pool. The property also has a barbecue grilling area.

STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

Great family get away

Perfect location clean room with a great view . Most relaxing vacation with kids yet . Easily accessible to local shopping and eatery is a huge plus

Beautiful View and Plenty of Beach Space

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was great as well as the pool. Condo is a little small but does the job. Stocked kitchen and it was great to have laundry in the condo. Our main complaint would be the main bedroom. You heat the elevator all night as well as others outside the window. We had someone banging on railing around 6 am one morning. Also they could use blackout curtains in the room because there is a light that makes the bedroom glow. Master bath is kinda small and hard to change in. Overall had a great trip and enjoyed our stay. Happy to get home to catch up on rest. If you are looking for a close to the beach condo that has easy access to stairs or elevator then it would be great for you. If you are looking for peace and quiet to be able to rest then it may not be the best for you.

Very clean and plenty of space for my family of 4. The woman security guard was very rude and disrespectful to not only my family but we witnessed her being extremely rude to other guest. I understand having a job to do but there is no excuse for the way she spoke to people. She would be the only reason I would not stay at Tradewinds again.

Our stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 5 days last week we found the complex in very poor shape, our ice maker was broken, the internet web site address was not correct not even the right company once we brought this the people that should have known there was very little concern. We give Bryan kudos for getting to the bottom of the internet issues. Our front door did not lock. Two of the slowest elevators in town. The threshold to the indoor pool was a trip hazard. About the only good thing is the beach.

Deceiving Post

Upon arrival, I saw a a “Pool Closed” sign on the office door. I reviewed the VRBO post and saw nothing regarding the closure. I called management and was told it was on my contract. I reviewed the contract and after I scrolled down, in the same black and white print, there was a non-descript note of the closure. I feel this was extremely deceptive!! Otherwise, the complex and condo was correctly presented.

Our only problem was a fire alarm being pulled at 6:30am! Which we understand isn’t fault of the property and would definitely recommend to friends.

September getaway

Loved the closeness to the ocean and the view. Location was great, not too congested , but close to restaurants. Grounds were pretty and well kept. Security officer made frequent rounds and had office on site. Very nice ,quiet and family friendly.
