There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, wally ball, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court , beach volleyball and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.



Come relax on the 3rd floor private oversized balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf perfectly located above the outdoor pool. The condo has one full bath off the master and the master bedroom has a king size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has been upgraded to included granite countertops and custom cabinets. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1 night is $30, 2-10 nights is $55, 11-31 nights is $100, 32-61 nights is $150, 62+ nights is $200. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.
