Come relax at our newly built duplex home located within an 8-12 minute walk to the beach...

The Space:
Drive up to the back patio of our newly built duplex home where you will find a hot tub, gas grill, gas fire-pit, outdoor wifi speaker and seating for all to relax.

Upon entry through the back door you'll notice the hand painted mural along the entire entryway wall (family pics & selfies encouraged) and an area to sit down, take off your shoes and make yourself at home. Here you will also see the first queen bed ensuite (natural shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied in each bathroom).

The very bright open concept layout starts with a fully stocked kitchen, open shelving for easy access and a large island for family to gather (seating for three). The dining space has seating for 8, which then leads you into the living room that has a Roku TV, electric fireplace and a bluetooth/vinyl record player.

The upstairs hallway has some fun for the kids (or the young at heart adults) with an oversized Lego wall, which was made to be used, so please build something fun and enjoy!

You'll also find the master king bed ensuite, the queen over queen bunk room with an attached bathroom (shower/tub) and another queen bedroom. All upstairs bedrooms are equipped with oscillating floor fans and Roku Tvs.

NOTE TO ALL GUESTS - There are two parking spaces available in the rear of the home where you enter. We do allow for one more car to fit sideways directly behind the other two cars, but PLEASE be courteous to your surrounding neighbors and bring no more than three cars. There will be no street parking in this area.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire home, front patio and back patio space.

The Neighborhood:
A beautiful little neighborhood near the beach, zoo, casino, wineries, restaurants and so much more!!

Getting Around:
Short walks to the beach, zoo and a couple restaurants. By car to town and Franklin street where more restaurants are

Other Things to Note:
Please understand that asking for early check-in will not always be possible and an extra fee will be applied. Many of our bookings are back to back and adequate time is needed to make sure the home is properly cleaned for all of our guests. Ask for details.

Interaction with Guests:
I am very responsive using the Airbnb app and will help the best I can in most situations.

My sisters and I met up for a girls weekend in Mich City. The house was immaculate and beautifully designed. The outdoor hot tub was a great way to relax after a day of walking to the beach, shopping, and winery visits! The hosts were easily available via email to answer a few quick questions we had. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay!!

We stayed here for a girls trip and would 100 percent book again if we came back to same location. A short 15 minute drive to New Buffalo and a short distance to many activities. We appreciated how well stocked the rental was (beach towels, beach wagon, cooking supplies, coffee). The rental was spotless and the mattresses were the best! We made the most wonderful memories during our down time hanging out in the living room. We would book this rental again in a heartbeat!

Great Place!

The property is modern, comfortable and spacious, and was equipped with everything we needed for a five-day stay. Our host Jackie was very helpful--she responded right away to a number of questions we had before our arrival. Everyone in our family agreed i was a great place to stay!

Beautiful, well-stocked house

Our book club enjoyed a weekend getaway! The house is very well stocked and decorated. Beds are super soft and all of the amenities were as described. Jacki was supportive and communicative. We would definitely come back!

Great stay

Our family had a great stay here. 4 adults and 5 kiddos. The owner communicated well, was responsive and understanding. The open floor plan was nice along with the hot tub! Only a short drive to the beach or a 15 minute walk! Super easy check in and check out. Thanks for the stay!

Family Friendly and Very Well Managed

The house worked out great for our multi-generational family. We enjoyed all of the games, hot tub, and cooking in the big kitchen. The bedrooms also worked out nicely with bunk beds for the kids and a main floor bedroom with bathroom for grandparents. The house was very clean and well stocked, and the host was very responsive. We would stay there again.

Perfect getaway Spot

This was my first time using Vrbo for a getaway with friends and family, and I can honestly say it was the best experience! The house had everything we needed and more. Communication with the host was quick and easy, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The home was just as beautiful as the pictures showedā€”maybe even better in person! I highly recommend staying here if youā€™re visiting Michigan City. The beach is only a 3-minute drive away, which was super convenient. Weā€™ll definitely be back!

Great family trip

The property was very clean with a great space to eat and hang out. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach which was easy although we usually drove the chairs, etc down first. Loved the hot tub but bummed the record layer wasnā€™t working. We would return!

Everything about the house was fantastic. Updated interior, wonderfully comfortable memory foam beds, amazing kitchen that made cooking and meal time so much fun. Close proximity to the beach, the lake, and outlets. An all-around joy. Weā€™ll be back!!

Great stay for 7!

The home was beautiful and exactly as described. Much quieter than the crowded Beachwalk neighborhood amd just as convenient. The first floor suite was perfect for our parents who stayed with us so they did not have to climb steps. We loved that the host had consumables available unlike most rental properties including soaps, paper products, garbage bags, spices and oils, etc. The only problem is that now I have to find my wife a house with a kitchen as beautiful as this one! Thanks Jacqueline for causing problems for me! :-)

We visited the area for a little getaway of our own and fell in love. We've had our eyes on the area for a couple years and when these were being built we knew this was our chance to be a part of a great area. It's definitely an up and coming area and we wanted to be a part of it!
