Catherine, I see you have not rented much on Vrbo. I spend a lot of time cleaning and maintaining with hundreds of items stocked in the home for guests use. I see your four stars and I am sorry the plastic chairs get hot in direct Florida sunlight. As for the tongs, I had asked you in the check in instructions to let me know if you need anything. Rather than ask, you gave me a four star review. This is my personal business of which I try very hard to maintain the home. When you checked out, my home was in gross condition. Food was stuck all over the counters, hair in drawers, clogged and putrid dishwasher, and then I found small seashells in the kitchen disposal where a sign is posted "no shells or bone". I am sorry you were not fully satisfied, and perhaps in the future you can communicate any discrepancies with home owners to allow them a chance to remedy and also be aware you are in someone's home and not a hotel room to treat indiscriminately.
