HOUSE RULES

Absolutely no additional people over 16 total guests are allowed at any time unless prior approval has been received by the manager.

We will ask for the list of guests/visitors a week prior to your arrival for the gate controller. Please make sure everyone has their identification card with them in order to get inside the gate.

For events, Every guest over 16 including visitors will be an additional charge up to $100 per guest.

Absolutely no smoking indoors.

No parties or formal events are allowed on our property without prior approval by the manager (Sanam).

No D-Jay Speakers are allowed outdoor at any time.

Please inspect the house on the day of your arrival and let us know of any issues.

If your pet was approved to stay here, please remember you are liable for any damages done by the pet. Any indoor excrement or smell of excrement will result in additional cleaning fees.

PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS. Any issues with the neighbors or the local authorities may result in early, non-refundable termination of your tenancy here.

Be mindful of your food and drinks in the bedrooms. Any carpet or mattress stains will result in cleaning or replacement fees.

No loud music outside of the house after 10 PM. No DJ speakers at any time.

Please be mindful of the furnishings. Any stains or damage to the furnishings will result in damages taken out of your deposit. By using the furnishing, you agree to pay any damages that may exceed the deposit amount.

Please do not re-arrange the furniture.

No illegal substances are allowed in the house at any time.

Any loss or damages of any devices or appliances in the house will result in replacement or repair fees taken out of the deposit.

Please drive slowly when you exit the driveway, kids are playing outside.

If your party is approved and you have more than 40 guests. You are obligated to rent a big trash can and a portable party. Please ask the manager for details.

For events and gathering, please expect our security guard/ Ground Manager to be on site for total count of all the guests.
