Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness of the cabin, the gated community, and the service provided by our team. We sincerely apologize for the issues with the dishwasher and bedroom fan, as well as the difficulties you experienced with the driveway. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially with your vehicle scraping each time. While the surrounding trees are part of the natural mountain setting, we understand that falling acorns can be disruptive. We also apologize for any confusion regarding supplies, as we provide a starter supply of toilet paper and other household essentials rather than enough for the entire stay. We truly appreciate your honest feedback and thank you for choosing Summit Cabin Rentals!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the condition of the cabin upon your arrival. Finding evidence of rodents is completely unacceptable, and we understand how upsetting and disappointing that must have been, especially after reading so many positive reviews and looking forward to your stay. While we're glad we were able to provide a refund, we recognize that this did not make up for the disruption to your vacation. We take concerns like this very seriously and this was taken care of right away. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Honest feedback, especially when something falls short of expectations, helps us improve and prevent similar experiences for future guests.
