*SUBMARINER* is a new beach house with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a Bonus area with 3 queen beds. This luxurious beach home sleeps 22 and has enough room for gathering. It is one of kind with an inviting open living area with an 75" smart TV, dining and kitchen area that flow from one end to the other.

The beautiful kitchen has all the amenities' you'll need for your stay, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, double door range with Flex Duo (use the full oven or split it into 2 smaller ovens), no-preheat air fry and griddle, and an Instapot.

Downstairs bedrooms:

Master bedroom #1 - King bed with ensuite bath, offers a luxurious romantic flair which consists of a soaker tub, a private shower with dual shower heads and a rain shower and double sinks

Bedroom #2 - King bed with ensuite bathroom

Bedroom #3 - Set of Queen Bunkbeds with lights and charging station on each bed

Hallway bathroom for sharing

Bedroom #4 - King bed with ensuite bathroom, Keurig single cup coffee maker, entry to top level deck to enjoy your morning coffee with view

The property was perfect for our families! We ranged in age from 10 months and up! The house was beautiful and big enough for all of us! The 5 bathrooms were amazing and the 2 washers and 2 refrigerators were just what we needed! We loved the cabin and will definitely book here again!

Great House for multiple friends / family

This is a great house for a larger group. Basically 3 Master bedrooms for adults and then a couple of bunk rooms for kids. Good neighborhood at Crystal Beach that's a little quieter and more family oriented.

Brand NEW modern place

This is a brand new home with modern design inside at out. A short walk from the beach and the bar area and grill are excellent for large group. The table tennis was a bonus and kids and adults enjoyed playing. I must stay for anyone visiting Crystal beach.

Amazing House

The house was immaculate and we loved our stay! When we couldnt get in the owner answered the phone right away and rekeyed the keypad and it was so easy. The house is close to the beach and everything we needed for a multi family house. The ping pong table in the garage was a really fun bonus!

Family Beach trip

Very nice beach house that met all of our large group's needs. The furnishings are lovely. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has two large refrigerators which was great! The outside grill was in bad shape and a new one was delivered while we were there. There are beach toys and chairs that we enjoyed using. We had a great beach trip and stay in this house.

Great property for large group of people!

Property was just the right size for our family. Very clean property. We had a great time! Easy reservation process and property management responded quickly to all questions. Lift didn’t work which was a bummer.. This should be disclosed before renting.

I’m glad you had a great time. The lift works and is not listed in the description. Due to insurance purposes, the lift is not available for renters.

Family stay 2023

The stay at the house was great, probably one of the best experiences we’ve had. This was our first time staying on Bolivar. The communication was great and thorough. The outside wash areas proved to be much needed with kids! With the multiple families we had, the space, rooms, and dual fridges worked perfectly! Even having 2 washers and 2 dryers! Would definitely stay here again and recommend this to others.

Amazing!

We had a group of 16 stay here (6 adults and 10 children). This house was the perfect setting for our vacation. The bedrooms were very comfortable and setup perfectly for our group. The 2 refrigerators were packed with all our food. We utilized both sets of washers and dryers. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need and more. We rented a golf cart to head to the beach. The house has beach toys as well. We were so happy with our stay and can’t wait to stay again soon!

5-Star Review: Perfect Beach House for a Large Group!

We recently stayed at this stunning beach house on Bolivar Peninsula, and it was absolutely perfect for our large group! The house is just a short, easy walk to Crystal Beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach days. With plenty of beds and bathrooms, our group of 20+ was able to spread out comfortably without ever feeling crowded. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a beach getaway. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the spacious living areas were perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The garage was stocked with beach chairs and toys, which made our trips to the beach even more enjoyable. The location, amenities, and thoughtful touches throughout the house made our stay unforgettable. We would highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay on Bolivar Peninsula. We'll definitely be back!

Great house with a nice setup

First, this house has everything you need. From towels, to coffee maker, to utensils, to a charcoal grill, there is basically nothing extra you really need. It is also very nicely finished and my kids enjoyed the few board games to play. The only somewhat downside is it is decently far southwest down Crystal Beach and far from the big store but the beach is still very nice. The only other thing that should easily be able to be fixed is there are a lot of windows without window treatments at all. It makes for some pretty bright mornings right as the sun comes up. Overall, this was a great house to stay at and the owner was very responsive.

Thank you for your kinda review, I’m glad we had everything to accommodate you. For future guests knowledge, The Big Store is 6 miles away, Dollar General and Nauti’s Liquor Store is approx 4.5 miles, Jose’s cantina is 2.7 miles with many other conveniences and a lot of new developments within a short distance.

Nice clean spacious house

We could tell this was a new build. Very modern, clean, & large, listing was as described. Beds were very comfortable. We did a lot of cooking & pans & cookware were sufficient. Need basic salt & pepper. We rented golf cart. For those who don’t know area, cars can also drive right on the beach, & beach access is very close. Bug spray is a must in summer, we wish we had bought some yard bug spray to treat lawn so we could’ve used outdoor spaces more at night. Outdoor furniture & TV are awesome! Games that were included were very fun for our teens & adults. Overall a very fun & relaxing time for everyone!!!

Disappointed

The house was nice and beds were comfortable. But as far as the amenities, it’s lacking. 1. We got there and the door code they gave me didn’t work. Apparently they saw us on camera trying to get in and emailed me the right code. I would have never seen it if I wasn’t fixing to message them to see why it wasn’t working. 2.There’s no charcoal grill as stated, only a propane grill that didn’t have any propane in it. 3. There was no broom, so we walked on sandy floors for 4 days. 4. One of the dryers didn’t work. 5.There’s only 2 towels/wash cloths per bed so they expect you to wash towels daily but only left about 4 laundry pods. We had 22 people staying 3 nights so that wouldn’t have worked out very well. 6. They only give enough toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags to “get you started”(which was 1 roll in each bathroom ) so you’re expected to bring your own. It doesn’t tell you this any where in the description. 7.There were no kitchen towels or dish cloths. 8. The microwave doesn’t work right and the dishes do not get clean in dishwasher. When I contacted them about the issues, they sent someone over who did give us a few more laundry pods, a couple of dish towels and propane. She said she would bring us a broom but never did. Like I said the house is nice and set up great for multiple families and they did communicate quickly when I messaged them, but I feel for over $4000 it is lacking.

Although our smart locks usually work seamlessly, we regret any inconvenience caused and are glad we could promptly provide the correct code.2.We recently upgraded to a propane grill to enhance our guests' experience. We apologize for the oversight and propane was provided quickly.3.We typically provide a broom, dustpan, and vacuum cleaner, located in the hall closet. We regret that these items were not easily accessible and are taking steps to ensure this does not happen in the future. 4. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the malfunctioning dryer. One unit is scheduled for maintenance, which is why we provide two dryers for guests' use. We will expedite the repair to avoid future issues. 5. As mentioned in our rental agreement, we provide a starter pack of essential items, including laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags to ensure guests' immediate comfort. We will ensure this information is clearly communicated to prevent any misunderstandings.6. We apologize for not supplying enough kitchen towels and dishcloths. We supplied extra have addressed this oversight.7.We were unaware of the issues with the microwave and dishwasher. This matter is being address promptly.

Beautiful property

The house was perfect for a Thanksgiving celebration which included adults, teens, children and infants . There was nothing that the home did not have. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking The bedrooms were excellent. There were plenty of bathrooms. The weather was Not cooperative but we adjusted with board games and laughter The only downside was that we had to leave and return to the real world.

Incredible!

We had a wonderful stay! There were 4 families who rented the house for Labor Day weekend. The house has everything you need. Management went above and beyond for us during our trip-so appreciated. The beach chairs and extras in the house really set it apart-you can’t go wrong staying here. It’s the perfect house for families and is so close to the beach. Bring a ton of bug spray-mosquitos are in full force. We can’t wait to come back!

Family Vacation

Luxury accommodation by any standard! Beautifully appointed. Comfortable from couches to beds. Everything you could think of is available. Host was easy to work with, very quick to respond to all questions, even sent a few photos! Guests might want to bring their own or rent a golf cart but not totally necessary. Just easier to get items down to the beach. Can’t say enough to explain how wonderful this place is. Hoping we can do it again next year. We thank you so much for the great hospitality.
