Brand New Home! Every room has its own connected bathroom for privacy! Smart Tvs in every room including downstairs entertaining area. Everything you need is included for a fun trip to the beach including beach chairs, umbrella, EZUP canopy, boogie boards, ice chest and sand toys!

**Items you may need**

We provide our guests with a "starter pack" for your stay which includes the following: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 5 trash bags, 1 dishwashing sponge, a few dishwashing pods, small amount of K-cup coffee, with creamer and sweeteners. Please be aware that you may have to supplement your stay with your own items in these categories to prepare for the length of your trip and number of guests that will be in the home.

**Parking**

We have 5-6 parking spaces at our home depending on the size of the vehicle. If you are bringing a trailer with a UTV or golf cart, you should account for this in the space available. Please do not park on our neighbors property. If we receive a phone call about cars parked on their driveways or grass, we will ask you to remove the vehicle immediately. Failure to do so will result in a call to law enforcement to have it removed. Parking on the road is also prohibited. The streets are narrow and your vehicle is at risk of damage from the regular traffic.

**Plumbing**

Our homes in Crystal Beach are on a fragile sewer system. Please dispose of food waste into the garbage and not down the drain. Also refrain from flushing anything down the toilet except for toilet paper.
