To ensure a wholesome family environment, we rent to **family groups only**

14' x 28' saltwater swimming pool! Sliding door to pool from master bedroom! The Pool can be heated during the cooler months to enjoy the pool all year long!

Master bedroom – King with private bathroom.
Bedroom 2- King. Bedroom - 3 two twins. Living area will house a sleeper sofa. There is a second full bathroom. Pet friendly!


PET FRIENDLY - 2 DOGS ALLOWED
​​​​​​​Please be advised: the only area of beach where pets are allowed on the sand is the Dog Beach at Pier Park - approximately 2 miles from the property

When you step into Paws in the Sand at Bidawee Beach, you'll feel completely immersed in the beach life. Pet friendly. From the Florida room to the great backyard, it's the perfect getaway for your family! This beautiful beach cottage has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a cozy living room and kitchen. Sip your coffee sitting under the covered patio or walk five minutes to the beautiful, white sands! Enjoy a nice swim in the private backyard swimming pool before a short walk to the beach! Bidawee Beach is a very sought after area in Panama City Beach with gated beach access for the community. Only two miles to Pier Park, you're close enough to enjoy the bustling restaurants and shops before escaping to your private home. Enjoy pulling right up to your front door! No elevators or stairs. Come enjoy your Bidawee escape!

Location Location Location! Short walk to beach, private access was a plus! House was great and the pool was amazing (the lights at night were a hit with all ages!). Didn’t bring the pup this go around but great setup for them to enjoy as well!

Great location

The property is in a great location - very close to beaches, restaurants, and other activities. Even though it is so close to everything, it is very quiet. It was a comfortable and peaceful place to stay and relax.

Great location

Awesome location near private bid a wee beach. Was able to golf cart entire stay to restaurants and beaches. Even pier park is within golf cart range. My dog loved the dog park at pier park. Rental has plenty of parking for multiple vehicles.

Quiet, peaceful, safe stay.

This property was very adequate, clean, secure, and wonderfully located at Bidawee. The house, patio, and yard were very nice and useful. I particularly enjoyed the grill. The check-in process was smooth and all entrances were secure and easily workable. I would definitely recommend this little house and will certainly try to return.

Vacation

We decided to skip the holidays this year and take a mini vacation with one of our furbabies who is getting on up in years. I found this place online and knew that is where we needed to stay. My husband and I enjoyed the convenient location and our furbaby LOVED the back yard!

We loved this home. The sunroom was great for morning coffee while the back yard had plenty of room to grill relax in a quiet neighborhood just mins from the private beach and the action of PCB. The best of both worlds.

We enjoyed this little cottage. Minutes from the beach. Dog enjoyed the fence in yard. Only thing was no skillet or pitcher in kitchen. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks

Wonderful Place!!

The house was super clean and had everything we needed for the family! Location to the beach was perfect. It’s a short walk or golf cart ride away. Backyard was plenty big enough for our doggie to run and play. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off all the sand too! Overall great experience 👍

Great location

The location is near everything you could want for a beach stay. Beaches are amazing and you get a code for the private neighborhood beach. Some nice restaurants in the area. Cute cottage, decorated nicely. Can’t wait to see the eventual upgrades to the yard and hope we can come back sometime. The management was wonderful and responsive if you had a need.

Perfect spot in Bidawee

We had a wedding to attend in PCB and have family that lives in this neighborhood so it was a perfect fit for us (pet friendly a plus!). Great Florida room at the entry (also great for pets to lounge with you in!). Could not have asked for a better spot and place for our needs. Gracie who I spoke with at the office was also very friendly! Would definitely return.

Review

The home was nice and comfortable; an older property that has some updating done but still needs some more. The location is good, easy walk to the beach and not surrounded by condos, but still close enough to everything we needed. Our quarrels would be the lack of kitchen essentials, items as simple as a toaster or frying pan were not provided. Minimal cleaning supplies were included as well.

Cozy little cottage

I am giving our experience 5 stars because overall it was great. ONLY THING- kind of a big thing for us…. The sand burs in the backyard were HORRIBLE. Our dogs were constantly getting them stuck in their feet making it so painful for them to go outside and take advantage of having a backyard. Not only in their feet, their bellies from laying down, and dragging them in the house getting embedded in the blankets, pillows, and us stepping on them barefoot — OUCH! They were everywhere! One even got into our infants burp cloth somehow and scratched her face… anyways needless to say, I think the property owner needs to really treat the yard for these (because it’s avoidable) if it’s going to be pet friendly. Otherwise it’s such a great, cozy place to stay and super close to the beach!! I don’t have anything else negative to say and the sunspot realty was wonderful to work with getting it set up!

We really enjoyed this little beach cottage. The location was incredible with access to private beaches. The bid-a-wee neighborhood is adorable and perfect for what we wanted!

So great!

The listing was exactly as expected. We slept comfortably and easily walked to the private beach daily. Having the screened porch at the front made that so easy! The kitchen had most of what we needed and we easily accommodated. I may suggest a skillet may be helpful :) We left salt, pepper, and oil to help the next guest. Loved having the shower outside the house to rinse from the beach. The grill was amazing, and washer and dryer clutch. We could have brought half the clothes! Loved the yard for the dog, and we ate lunch at the picnic table daily. A perfect spot for our small family of 4! Would definitely return again!

Love this home!

This little beach bungalow was just perfect for our stay. The proximity to the beach was just a few minutes. The private beach was just perfect and beautiful. The cottage is decorated very cute, and the beds comfy. The big plus is the fenced backyard for the pups. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The best spring break ever!

Wonderful place! We had to scramble to find a place to stay for my daughter's senior year spring break, we had another house booked at Santa Rosa Beach, but got notified a couple of weeks beforehand that the house had sold and the new owners did not want renters! I feel like we hit the jackpot finding this cute little house, and that it was a better place than the original one we had reserved. We (myself, my daughter, her friend, and our dog) absolutely loved our time in this beautiful home! A quick walk to the end of the block, then cross the street to the private beach. Appliances all seemed brand new and everything was spotless. The only negative is there was no hair dryer (I did not think to look at the list of amenities because most places we have stayed have included a hair dryer), and the water pressure in the shower was low (but I have not stayed anywhere in Florida where this was not the case). Everything seemed very modernized with a smart heating/ cooling system and even a bluetooth/smart alarm clock in my room. My little dog really loved the Florida room as he could sit out there and watch people walk by. The only other negative was that the backyard had some kind of sticky prickly burrs that got stuck on his paws so he was very timid when he went to go potty, but the upside is there is a dog beach a couple miles down the road and he absolutely loved it! I cannot emphasize enough how much we loved this place! Highly recommend!
