This apartment is located on the first floor of the Chiemseestrand vacation complex. From the living area, which features an open kitchen and dining area, you can step out onto the balcony with a view of the lake. The kitchen was expanded at the end of 2022 and now features a dishwasher. In addition to the bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed (sleeping area 140x180) is available in the living room if needed. The entryway closet area has also just been redesigned. The bathroom, featuring a shower and toilet, rounds out this apartment.


This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed. For stays of 4 nights or more, a complimentary linen package is included, which consists of bed linens, towels (1 regular towel and 2 shower towels per person), a bath mat, and dish towels. A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available in the building’s basement. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. The visitor’s tax is already included in the rental price.
The parking space is located directly in front of the house. Electric cars are also accommodated: The on-site wallbox can be used for a fee. Bicycles can be stored in the bike garage. There’s even room for a few SUP boards in specially installed racks.

In separate rooms of the building, the wellness area—featuring a small indoor pool and sauna—is available to you free of charge. A large children’s playroom, a game room with a ping-pong table and foosball, and a small fitness room round out the amenities.
