Whether you're a group of travelers looking to explore the delights of Dania Beach and South Florida or simply seeking the creature comforts of home, Sunshine Water House has you covered. Our spacious and thoughtfully designed house accommodates up to 8 guests, and we even have an air mattress available for additional comfort. As soon as you step through our striking yellow front door and park your cars on the property, you'll understand why Sunshine Water House is special—it's not just a house; it's your home away from home that you can share with others.

Every detail of Sunshine Water House has been meticulously thought out, from the exposed wooden beams in the living room to the designer kitchen equipped with modern amenities. The open-plan design encourages gatherings and fun, and the dishwasher and laundry facilities are convenient and easy to use. The centerpiece of our home is the pool area, complete with color-changing pool lights, a grill for barbecues, and a deck set up for entertainment. And don't forget the private 65ft dock, providing unrestricted access to the ocean for boating enthusiasts. After a day of Florida sunshine, relax in the outdoor shower and take a dip in the refreshing pool.

Sunshine Water House is all about the experience. On days when you want to unwind, our comfortable beds with hotel-quality linens and smart TVs await. If you're more active, enjoy a variety of games, a pool table, and a putting mat—you won't get bored here. We value our guests as part of our extended family, and our accommodating approach ensures your needs are met during your stay.

Conveniently located just 30 minutes from Miami Airport and 10 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport, Sunshine Water House is easily accessible. With high-impact windows, the house can withstand the elements, providing a safe haven in any weather. While the area offers an array of attractions and activities, from entertainment to beach fun and exquisite dining, Sunshine Water House is a destination in itself. Guest Access:
Our property features keyless entry, and we'll send you detailed instructions the morning of your arrival. However, if you'd prefer a personal tour upon your arrival, please don't hesitate to inform us. We'd be delighted to show you around and ensure you feel right at home.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, this hidden gem is conveniently located just 5 minutes from both I-95 and the Florida Turnpike. Step through the vibrant YELLOW door, and you'll find yourself in a home that embodies the essence of Florida. As an added treat, each evening, from the front porch, you can bask in the mesmerizing light spectacle presented by the Hard Rock.

Getting Around:
5 minutes from either i95 or Florida Turnpike

There is space for 4 cars, if you will need more, please let us know as we can tell you where to park

● Access: Coded, you’ll receive the code before you arrive.
● Check-in: 3:00 pm
● Check-Out: 11:00 am
● Closest hospital 13 minutes away.
● Closest urgent care 5 minutes away.
● Closest police station 13 minutes away.
● Motion-sensitive perimeter floodlights.
● Playpen and High chair available – Just let us know
● Pets and events at the owner's discretion.
● Closest beach is Dania Beach which is about 5 miles away
● Please take note, Sunshine Water House in on the water and you will see Iguanas and little lizards.
● We do our best to make sure everything is perfect for your stay but from time to time you might see dead Palmetto bugs after fumigation, please understand that this is a Florida thing
● The Pool is cleaned on Tuesday afternoons. Please let us know if you want him to come at another time.

Perfect vacation

This place was absolutely perfect! We stayed here for a bachelorette trip and the owners were so responsive and helpful the entire trip! It was absolutely the perfect spot and we could not have asked for anything better! 10/10 would recommend!!

Fantastic "weekend getaway property".

Had a great time, was extending a work trip for an additional night and found this house to be local, fun and clean. Only had one night to enjoy the property but played pool and swam and relaxed here. Would definitely recommend this comfortable home to others. Property owners were really kind and helpful and house was well stocked. Thank you.

Great Little Get Away Spit

We enjoyed our stay very much! Ronny and Victoria were great hosts. The home was the most well stocked homes we have rented. With all of the amenities, we would not have had to leave the home. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and decorated very nicely.

Everything was amazing from the time we walked in. The house looks just like the pics. Master bedroom shower is huge, lots of space and the heated pool was great! The host was very accommodating and gave great service! I’ll def be going back in the near future

Excellent stay!

The house was as expected. Fabulous accommodations, great pool and outdoor area. We cooked the majority of our meals at the house. There is a grocery store near by and all of the activities we did were within 30 minutes or so from the house. Hosts were readily available for any needs and were very kind and helpful! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful getaway

My friends and I rented this house for a girls weekend and it was perfect. We loved the colorful decor and especially the backyard was beautiful. I was very pleased to see no bugs or mosquitos during our stay. The hosts were great and reached out to make sure we had everything we need. I would come back again and recommend this house to a friend.

Laidback Oasis

This home was everything you needed for a quiet and relaxing time. There was an issue with the plumbing which may have been caused by one of my family members, but Ron and Victoria were on top of it and it was addressed and taken care of almost immediately. This home was immaculate and well equipped to make anyone’s stay an enjoyable one. The location is perfect for all of your needs.

Spring break get away

We had an amazing time! The home is just as it is listed. Very clean and spacious. Communication with the owners was great. They responded and came over immediately when we texted with questions. Our teens enjoyed the pool for hours and played numerous games of pool inside. The home is also centrally looked to everything! Would highly recommend!

All you need and more in one place!

This home was fantastic! Clean, decorated beautifully, and fully stocked with everything needed and more. The pool was wonderful as well as being on the canal. Such a beautiful place to start your day each morning. Beds were all comfortable, and bathrooms and kitchen were very nice. We were only there for a couple days and we hated to leave. It is so convenient to everything, beaches, piers, casinos, events around town. We will definitely be back! Hosts were so nice and extremely responsive! Highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay for our daughter's graduation

This property is a great find. It is clean comfortable and most of all FUN! The pool, backyard and recreation room make this property standout. We had a blast using the pool table, the games and of course the pool and deck outside. When we arrived the fire alarm was beeping that it needed a battery , Ronny was very attentive and came over quickly to address the situation. He was so personable and great to talk to. I would highly recommend this property.

Family Christmas Getaway 2023

Our Family of 6…hubby, myself and 4 college students getting out of the Wisconsin cold and enjoying this beautiful home away from home. Sunshine waterfront house was everything we were hoping for. The rooms and space were perfect. Having the open concept kitchen, dinning and game area together you never missed a beat. Pool area was a great space. Beautiful view. The airport is close so you do get the airplanes flying over head often but you get use to it fast. Miss my coffee and sunrise already!

Spring break family vacation

I can’t say enough good things about the host Ronnie and Victoria.Made us feel at home as soon as we entered. Super clean property. Stayed for 5 days and had one itty bitty non-real issue and with in minutes I had been contacted and the issue resolved within 30 minutes. This house is well supplied with games, beach supplies, etc. If I had to say one bad thing about our stay is I couldn’t give 6 stars! It was honestly that perfect to us! The Ashen family.

Sunshine Waterhouse Long Weekend

My sisters and I spent a long weekend at the house visiting with my daughter who lives in Hollywood. The house was clean and welcoming, everything looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, as far as cooking supplies, tableware, wine opener, etc. The pool was great, we really appreciated the fact that it was heated for chillier December evenings. Ronny and Victoria were great in answering some initial questions we had upon settling in. While the home itself was beautiful and as advertised, we found the street and surrounding area to be not nearly as appealing. That being said, it wasn’t “bad” either, no one bothered us, and we felt safe while enjoying the home. It was also a bit of a drive to the higher end shops and restaurants that we older ladies appreciate while on vacation, but not a problem if you have a car (we did!) and aren’t relying strictly on Uber. All in all, 4+ stars, would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Ronny and Victoria!
