Beautiful sound views morning & at sunset!! Comfortable mattress on the bed. Perfect for our needs. Very clean. There was an issue with the cable tv, but we just decided to enjoy the beautiful sound, pool, and beach. We will be back. The pavilion and fishing pier added extras we loved.

Very clean and comfortable with a beautifulview from the window. Gorgeous sunsetsand could see fish jumping. Very peaceful.Everything was very nice except for the factthat the internet and tv were not working.This did not bother me but it did bother myhusband. All in all very nice.

Perfect weekend get away

Me and the wife planned a last minute weekend get away with our 8 month year old. This is the perfect location and is very quiet. We had the best time on the bayside beach area. We couldn't have been more happy with the check-in process and cleanliness of the room.

Peaceful beach condo

This is our third time staying at this condo. I really thought about giving it 1 star reviews so that nobody else would discover it It’s peaceful, quiet, relaxing. Whether you spend your days on the sound or walk to the beach, you just cannot go wrong with this place. Everybody we ever meet are so nice. If it’s night life and restaurants galore you’re looking for, then this place is not for you.

Very nice place to stay!!

The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable. It has a nice little private beach but Navarre was only about 4 blocks away walking distance but was a bit far from the main beach restaurants but we got Ubers and Lyft when we wanted to go and used Walmart Delivery for supplies. If you have a car you’ll have no problem getting around or parking. We will definitely stay again!!

Super cute place, exactly what we needed.

This was perfect for me, my husband and our little girl! Super clean and right across the street from the beach. We did have some trouble getting into the pool with the actress code that was provided but we were able to use the other pool!

Beautiful sunset

This unit is small. But Great for Couples! The best part is sitting on the bed watching the sunset’s! Great owners! We would rent again!

Small but fabulous

I absolutely loved this property. Although we were only there for 2 days, I wish we would have stayed all week on this property. It was beautiful, clean, and a breathtaking view. I can't wait to visit again. Thank you so much for allowing me to make precious memories with my daughters after the sudden loss of my husband.

Great stay

This property was clean, accessible, and comfortable. Only minor complaint was the size of the bathroom, but it was not a major problem, even for my husband who is in a wheelchair. Views were great! The access to the dock was fantastic. We watched sunsets, dolphins, and made a blue heron friend. I will for sure book this property again! Thank you

slippery seat in paradise

very enjoyable just as advertized the only problem was the bathroom toilet seat was loose and slipped around other than that it was perfect we had a good time!!

Just as advertised

Very nice place. Just a few minor issues. Toilet seat was loose and missing a few slants on blinds in bedroom. All in all, a great place for the price

Simple elegance

Great little condo for a great price. Owners were great too. The only reason for the 4 stars on listing accuracy is because of the over head picture of the property. The picture needs to be updated. There have been lots more additions to the neighborhood since this pic was made.

Exactly What I Needed!

I have been coming to Navarre for years and found this property this year. It may be my new favorite location. The easy access of the sound, the views, and the overall location were amazing. It was just me, and I had everything I couldve needed! The bed was comfortable as well. Thank you! I will be back again!

It was advertised to have a washer machine, however the apartment itself did not you had to walk down to the pool and use the community washing and drying machine as stated in another review the main TV in the living room didn’t work. I contacted the owner and she said she could send somebody out and I said that was fine and nobody ever came out Outside of that. It was a wonderful place to stay. It’s really just big enough for two people because the glass doors do not give you the privacy that you would need if two adult couples were staying there, but the place was clean in convenient location. I would stay again if it was just me and my spouse

There are not hidden fees on Vrbo, everything is clearly explained and certainly I didn’t charged you for anything extra while you were there. You reserved the condo for one night , your check out was at 10:00am it was 3:30lm when you finally left the property , my next guest were about to arrived , I had to send them to another place for the night because we didn’t know at what time were you going to leave the property and on top of that you get very angry when I was desperately trying to find you to asked you to leave the place ASAP, I even told you that you can stay at the pool but you needed to pick up your things at 11:30am you said that you had rented the condo for 2 nights and I explained to you that you only rented for one night and you were nasty about it, like it was my fault. You were very rude and very nasty and left the condo very dirty. I hope nobody ever rent any property to you.

Property was very nice. The permaneent people were very nice and helped us rezolve the problem we had with door code. They also helped with othet itemz during stay. Room itzelf was ok. Weather was not the greatest so spent alot of time indoors.Found futon couch very uncomfortable. Bathroom is very small and not really zuitAble for larger people with mobility issues9

Navarre Studio Apt.

This is a studio apt. with a full kitchen. There is no balcony so you have to go outside to enjoy the bay. The property was clean but needs quite a number of repairs. Communication was also not ideal. The location of this property is great, and it has nice amenities, like pool and laundry, but we would not book this particular apt. again.

Property was ok. Neither TV worked and I was unable to get any answers on what needed to be done to get either television to work and was told that the HOA would be contacted never got any satisfaction
