This cute, ground floor studio condo is perfect for a couples retreat or a small family getaway! Located directly on the Santa Rosa Sound the views from the patio are stunning. There is also a well maintained lawn off the patio. Perfect for the kids to run and play.

Kick back and relax on the queen-sized sleeper sofa after a long, fun-filled day at the beach or grab your favorite beverage and soak up the evening sunset from the quiet patio, gazebo or the private fishing pier.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a water view through the sliding glass door leading out to the patio.

Step into the fully equipped kitchen and make a hearty breakfast before a long day at the beach or a quick snack before bed. Unit has a Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom offers a large walk in shower to rinse off from playing in the Florida sun all day.

Just steps to the emerald green waters and sugar white sands of Navarre Beach, you can't go wrong at Sunset Harbor Palms #1-102. Stackable washer and dryer in unit and convenient parking. Complimentary Wi-Fi.

check-in was extremely easy. The kitchen had everything we needed for daily meals as well as utensils and dishes needed for grilling steaks one night on the outdoor grill near the pier.

Just what you need for small groups in Navarre

The second time my wife and I have stayed at this condo facility at Navarre. We love the location. The only issue we had was it was tighter than the online pictures showed. That might've been from the extra chair and dish cabinet. But that wouldn't keep us from highly recommending this rental if you have a small group (1 or 2) and just want to be close to the beach.

Nice location . Disappointed in room.

Very nice location. Nice grass area for little one. Nice pier and nice large sandy beach. Water is shallow and is very nice. The condo is nice but the bed was so rickety / it seem barley put together. There was an odd smell to the water when u turned on the shower. Smelt like mild sewer. The lock on door was malfunctioning and finding a note taped under the lock on the inside saying if you have an issue with the door, not locking automatically use the manual lock they told us they had had trouble with that lock in the past . Someone opened our door and said oh sorry that’s how we found out our door. Lock was not working. All of the lounge chairs at the pool were cracked and broken . We booked 3 nights and slept there only the first night. The man that checked us in was very friendly at the rental company. However the lady I spoke to after checkout I think was the same lady I had called and asked a question before arrival and she seemed to have a bit of an attitude. Condo grounds were very nice and location very nice.

Great Stay at Navarre Beach

Great spot. Fairly quiet (it was March Break). Great view of the Sound, sunsets and grounds. Recommended!!

Not the worst but…

Was really disappointed in the poorly cleaned condo. Grimy dust on the ceiling fan, spots of mold in the shower, dust on the woooden furniture. Coffee table had dust bunnies shelf under top. No coffee filters, not even a box of tissues. We had to empty The garbage from the bag because there were no extra bags. View and grounds were nice. Just way too small and the sofa was extremely uncomfortable. Recliner would not recline fully, so if you adjust your position, it would close. If you are older than40, this probably won’t be good for you.

Awesome place close to the beach!

We love staying here! It is quiet and less commercialized which we love. You can walk to the beach! Perfect location! Love this place and recommend.

It is perfectly located on the sound side of the island with a great back patio for early morning coffee watching the sunrise. It is always cozy, quiet, family friendly. This is our favorite place and hope to be able to return each year for our summer vacation.

Great quiet family vacation spot!

We loved staying here for the convenience of the fishing pier and access to public beaches just a short drive up the road. It was a very laid back family friendly area. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful Bay view walking distance from oceanside

Wonderful property! Clean and quiet with a beautiful view of the bay! We had a little issue with a broken toilet handle that was promptly fixed! Would stay here again for sure!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Even though the condo is advertised as a one bedroom on VRBO, it’s really a studio condo which you can see in the photos. We were not upset by this but if you’re looking for a bedroom door you will not find that with this condo! We loved the location of the condo on the sound and near the national seashore away from most of the island traffic. We really enjoyed our stay, the fishing pier, access to the Santa Rosa Sound, and the proximity to beach access. Would highly recommend to any couple or friends staying but there really is only room for two people. The check in process was easy and the management company employees were very friendly and helpful.
