Welcome to your affordable beach vacation

Welcome to my piece of paradise! This is a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath condo that has been renovated with new appliances and bedding. An Electronic Door Locking System (so you no longer have to keep up with a key unless you want to). Also, recently updated1st and 2nd floor.
New flooring throughout the 1st and 2nd floors and a completely renovated full bathroom. The tub has been removed and replaced with a beautiful RAIN SHOWER with glass doors and 6 individual shelves. You can now keep your stuff in the shower without packing it all up and take it back to your room.
Not to mention, but I will: brand new wood looking tile floor continued into the rain shower with two shower heads. And if that is not enough, OAK STAIR CAPS!!

Just in, another upgrade. The Master Bedroom now has a SLEEP NUMBER KING SIZE BED!!! All bedding is supplied with 600 thread count Egyptian Cotton Sheets and pillowcases along with HOTEL LUXURY thick towels and hand towels.

A fully equipped kitchen with icemaker, dishwasher and microwave. This condo is a mere 100 yards from the beach with (Deeded BEACH Access right across the street) and ALL the AMENITIES For Rent Right there such as LOUNGERS with UMBRELLAS, Banana Boat Rides, and PARASAILING!! Located on desirable East Beach Blvd.... YOU are within walking distance of numerous restaurants, including Sea and Suds:(on Pier), The Pink Pony:(on Pier), The Hangout, Mikee's Seafood, Shrimp Basket, Bicycle Rental Store, Hooters, Desoto's, SURF SIDE MARKET for your Grocery needs and many more. For those late-night munchies, Waffle House is right next door.

You will have an easy 3 block walk to The HANGOUT MUSIC FESTIVAL AND THE SHRIMP FESTIVAL. Why buy a bus pass and have to wait for it to show up with the rest of the crowds when you can avoid ALL that TRAFFIC and HEADACHE and just take an easy walk to your POOL and Condo.

Whenever you have had enough of the beach, come relax in the beautiful pool surrounded by palm trees that provide you with some shade if needed. There are three grills and picnic tables available for your grilling pleasure. There is an on-site coin operated laundry room with 5 washers and 5 dryers. You will also have (2) assigned covered parking spaces. But you are so close to so many things, you may not even need to drive anywhere. Sit back and relax.

The host is informative and kind, the condo feels like home, it's how I would have out fitted it, comfortable, super clean and in excellent condition. We have stayed here multiple times because of that.

We rented the condo while in town for a baseball tournament. The condo was great and met or exceeded all my expectations based on the description and pictures. The walk to the beach was easy and the pool was never crowded. Parking was also convenient. Our sons enjoyed the close proximity to lots of restaurants and things to do. Jeff was easy to work with and I would stay here again if we return to Gulf Shores.

Worth it!!!

If you want to be steps away from the beach but don’t want to pay ocean front prices this is the place! Not only is it conveniently located to all the local attractions the condo is beautifully updated. We enjoyed the modern kitchen, rain shower, and comfortable beds. The owner was wonderful to work with and we appreciated his kindness to our family. We will definitely book another stay in the future.

Great Place

The condo was wonderful. Everything was super clean and this was probably the most well stocked vacation rental we have ever stayed at. It has everything you may need and MORE! Really enjoyed our stay.

Great Place to stay!

Best Place we have stayed in Gulf Shores by far! Easy check in. Direct contact with Owner. And not a third party company that give you the run-around. Super nice guy! Condo is perfect. Convenient to literally everything! Master bedroom mattress is beyond comfortable! The shower is a masterpiece! We will be booking early next summer to reserve this condo.

Jeff was great, he went above and beyond answering any questions that I had.! The condo was amazing. We had everything that we needed, the rain shower was great. Great location. Would love to stay here again. ROLL TIDE!!!!

A beautiful place. My husband and myself are older and were a little concerned about the stairs. Even though the place was nice, we need a place with no stairs to climb. Please show me places that are oceanfront with no stairs. Thank you

Anniversary trip

Jeff was very accommodating and always available. Property is very convenient to many restaurants. We only used one of our vehicles 2 days out of 5.

Great host/great stay

Jeff was great with tips on where to shop and navigating the neighborhood. It was our first time in gulf shores. The condo was in a perfect location with the beach being directly across the street! There are eateries and shops just blocks away. The pool was small and low traffic which was great for my 4 year old who was overwhelmed at the ocean. The water was really warm, but we didn’t mind it too much. The condo was clean and supplied all the bath towels, blankets, condiments, seasonings and cooking supplies that you could need. There is also an awesome DVD collection with the classics that we enjoyed with our 14 year old who hasn’t seen some of them. The couch was the only thing that we didn’t like. It has definitely seen better days and was uncomfortable trying to lounge while watching said movies. But all in all it was a great experience and we will be back! Couldn’t ask for a better host and place to stay in east beach!

3 generations of women on a retreat

Absolutely fell in love with our condo! Decorated beautifully, with a kitchen that was ready to use. Clean, comfortable, with one of the best pools! Location was walkable to about 10 restaurants. Three minute walk to the beach. Any questions we had, Jeff answered almost immediately. We plan on being back! Rate is 15 out of 10!

Excellent Stay

The condo was amazing the description is spot on. The location is amazing. The walk to the beach was super easy. We walked to dinner each night. Jeff’s communication throughout the booking to the stay was amazing. Highly recommend!!!

It was a blast

We have stayed here several times before. Jeff really has improved what already was a great stay. Its like you are at home and tbats hiw he wants it to feel. Highly recommend this property. You will not regret it.

Long weekend stay

We came to Gulf Shores to visit our daughter. The location was great, the condo was perfect for the 3 of us, and the beds were so comfortable. The owner was quick to respond and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

Great stay!

Property was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed! Host was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area! He answered any questions we had and was super quick to respond every time. Highly recommend and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Perfect in so many ways

Clean comfortable and easy access. We were delighted with this property and all it had to offer. Every detail was thought out and all necessities were provided. I would recommend this property to friends and if we are fortunate to travel back to the area we will look here for our accommodation first. Felt like home!

Jeff was an amazing host who communicated well and made our check in and stay seamless. The condo was very very well stocked. So much better than the condos my family members were staying in at the tall tower across the street! AC was cold and reliable, kitchen was great, bathroom and shower were awesome, bed was super cozy, and parking was directly below. We were traveling with a 2 year old and a 5 month old and I brought 2 travel cribs for them and they were happy as can be! Thanks again, Jeff!!

I stayed with my 3 children (5, 10, & 16) and it was perfect! Plenty of room without feeling cramped. Ultra-clean. Modern. Everything we needed for cooking. Location could not have been more ideal - a super short walk to everything! Great communication from the owner. An ideal home away from home.

Birthday trip to the Gulf

This was a great place for my stay. It was close to the beach and was convenient for getting to the shops and restaurants. The space was very clean and everything worked well. I loved the shower with lots of pressure and hot water. I really enjoyed my stay here and would come back.
