Welcome to our home.
Our guest unit is equipped with a large and inviting bedroom with king size bed, decorated to French Country style. Living Room is equipped with Queen size Murphy bed and can accommodate sleeping 2 more guests at night but can be tucked away during the day. Kitchen fully equipped for cooking and baking. Washer and dryer tucked away in the small closet. The full bathroom has a nice size shower, toilet commode, and the nice vanity with lots of drawers and cabinet. We are located within 10 min from Volkswagen plant and Southern University.

Comfortable and relaxing home base

This was my home base while I visited friends and attended a graduation at UT-Chattanooga. It provided everything I needed to include a comfortable bed to rest up in. Location is convenient and easy to find.

Perfect Hub for Chattanooga Fun

My brothers and I stayed here for some triathlon training in the area and loved the stay. The drive to/from town is quick and the full kitchen gives you the flexibility to enjoy a meal at home. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, and fantastic host. Would highly recommend to anyone interested!

Quiet, clean, peaceful

A lovely, well-lit, clean place in a quiet neighborhood. It was great to return to this secluded flat after a long day. The rooms were warm and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The flat is on the ground floor of the house, so you can hear people walking around upstairs, but that wasn't a problem for us.

Great Place near Chat.

Very clean, clear design and decor, easy in and out, good water pressure, near freeway…cant go wrong. It was pretty small especially with four people, but we got over that after about an hour. We could hear the residents walking above us but thats not on them, floors creek. The king bed frame was squeaky too but you will 100% want to sleep in it because its very comfy and has a heated mattress pad! 5 stars,

Amazing property but one slight issue

Helen’s property is gorgeous, the pictures online do not do it justice! The neighborhood is safe, upscale and close to anything you may need. The property it’s self is very clean, the bed is comfortable and is well lit if you come home late at night. The only slight issue is the tenets upstairs are very loud. Starting at early morning all through the evening we heard loud stomping and a crying/babbling baby. We were attending a music festival so we were not getting home until around 3 am so that was very inconvenient to be woken up to every morning. If your plan is to wake up early and adventure all day I highly suggest this property for you! If you are looking to go out late and sleep in, maybe look somewhere else. Over all the property is lovely. Thank you Helen!

Absolute Gem of a Stay

Helen is a fantastic host! She is friendly and attentive to any questions I had, and she made sure I was all set when I arrived. The suite was absolutely perfect for what I needed. It was clean, and relaxing, and quiet. I felt right at home in the little suite. It had everything I could possibly need. (They even had ice ready to go in the freezer.) The neighborhood is cute and quaint, and I loved the colonial style houses. You aren't far from the necessities, and even if you want to adventure out to more of the city, the drive really isn't that far. The shower had good pressure and was quick to heat up. The bed was super comfy and had warmers on it, which were a nice plus I did know I'd enjoy. You can kinda hear people walking about above the suite, occasionally, but I wasn't bothered by this. It was very little where I noticed it. I only mention it because this is the type of thing I appreciate knowing up front as a traveler. I wouldn't let this stop you from staying here. I loved being able to wake up and have the choice of some fresh coffee or to use the kettle for a nice cup of tea. I also enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the suite, so that I didn't have to bring a bunch of dirty clothes home with me. I would stay in Helen's little suite again, and I would encourage other travelers to stay here too.

Just right for us

This is a lovely suite with a private entrance and came equipped with everything we needed and was charmingly decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and pretty. The hosts were very helpful (and even mailed me back my lone airpod they found while cleaning)! It was an overall great experience for us!

Rio Grande property

This property is really great for a good comfortable visit to the area. Very clean and neat and nicely decorated. All necessities for cooking and sleeping were provided. We had a wonderful time! Late afternoon into mid evening we’re a little cool since there is no air controls in the unit, otherwise really great!!

Very conveniently located

I have friends and family in Georgia and Cleveland. This place was perfect being right in the middle. Everything you need is only a short drive away. Property was lovely and very clean. Everything you need in the kitchen to make a meal and plenty of throw blankets if you are cold. You can hear people walking around upstairs but I was never there long enough for it to be an issue. No different than living in an apartment. Me and my kids loved staying there and will definitely stay there again for future trips.

Great little getaway

My buddy and I went fishing nearby for the weekend. We chose this Place because of proximity and the cost. It was very clean. The only thing that took away from it was that it was a remodeled basement. Some of the work wasn’t up to code. Especially the leading pipe to the washer. And that the unit was short on electrical outlets. I guess cause I’m a retired building contractor, I notice these things. It served its purpose for us. Still a great place to stay. They do need to get in step with how Americans like to stay. It had the European feel

cozy little getaway

Nice and cozy getaway just minutes from all of our adventures; this place has all the amenities you need plus some! The location is in a quite neighborhood just minutes from several attractions and activities. The decor and comfort are much better than a motel stay and the privacy is unmatched by anything but a cabin or chalet. Comfortable for 4 and easy access made this the perfect place to stay for us.
