Stunning, spacious beach home!



The Space:

This appealing home is in a prime location close to all the restaurants, shopping and night life of Crystal Beach. Playa del Molino is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath home that accommodates 13 and is located in the popular Gulf Shores subdivision. You'll be just seconds from the beach, with beautiful beachfront views from both the main and upper decks. Coffee tastes so much better watching the gorgeous view of the sunrise from these decks!



The main floor of the house features a spacious living room with flat screen television, and a gorgeous kitchen filled with modern appliances. Coffee lovers will appreciate the convenience of having both a Keurig and regular drip coffee machines. There is seating at the kitchen island and a separate dining table. You'll also find a stackable Samsung washer and dryer.

There is also a bunk room on this level, with twin over full bunk beds, as well as a bathroom.



The upper level features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, twin daybed with a twin trundle, and an ensuite bathroom. The second upstairs bedroom has one queen bed, while the third has a full over full bunk bed. The house offers high speed internet for your convenience.



On the ground level, you’ll enjoy cooking meals on the charcoal grill. Relax around the downstairs bar area or large picnic table while visiting with family and friends. Other outdoor amenities include a sand shower and a fenced in area of the yard (great for your pets). You will love making memories at Playa del Molino!



Two small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

The location is great, beautiful beach views and on a drive out to the beach for quick beach access. The home was very clean and well kept. House was very well equipped we cooked many meals at home and found everything we needed.Communication with the company was great, they were quick to answer any questions we had and checkin and checkout were easy.

Thefreezer was working but the refrigeratorwas not cooling so we had to keep that food in coolers to stay cold for all3 nights, had to bag ice every day. Called the 24 hour number and the on call person did call back with in a few minutes. The maintenance person showed the next day. Fan was not working. He was going to turn the issue in.

Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd time renting this wonderful cabin....Our rental not only is beautiful but so very comfy inside and we so enjoyed the deck overlooking the gulf and watching all the action day/night! Did not care for the linens being separate and then paying for them and having them put On the Beds ourselves. Kitchen was very well Stocked. Definitely need more blankets. We went and bought some. Backyard was not mowed. Bottom floor was filled with the debris and sand, which I do understand has to do with the storm.

Amazing get away!

This house was the perfect place to spend time away as a family! Tons of room, clean, great location, lots of amenities and beautiful balcony to watch the water and sun! This home helped us be the most relaxed we have been since my husband's cancer diagnosis and leg amputation. The walk in shower was perfect for him! He was able to move around the house with ease and enjoy the vacation like the rest of us! Highly recommend this for your next vacation!

Loved it

Overall the stay on the second row was awesome, great views and very short distance to the beach. The home felt very comfortable and it accommodated everyone in the family perfectly. We sure did enjoy our stay, even though construction on first row in front was taking place during our Spring Break vacation. Wifi was not properly working but the staff made it right by providing us with a wifi hotspot device. Just bring the linens and food and you'll be all set at Playa De Molino.

Spring break 2024!

Lovely home. Very clean, great location, manager was attentive. Suggestion… include linens with price. Very inconvenient to have to bring everything needed for vacation plus linens. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will reserve this one again!!!

Great trip!

The house was very nice and clean! We loved sitting on the porch listening to the beach! We did not know that people were allowed to drive on the beach, but other than that it was an amazing stay!

The house is in a prime location, seconds from the beach. The house is spacious, comfy, and very well maintained. We had an excellent weekend and could not have asked for more. The only con would be the stairs. Some houses have lifts that make it easy to bring and take stuff down. However, this is not a big issue and won't take away from the awesome experience this house provides.

Great location!

Great location but water was so dirty on the beach. I don't stay in boliver often so i don't know if it was the change of tide or just boliver. I know this has nothing to do with accomadations but o probably will not rent in boliver again. As far as house is concerned, it was wonderful and the view was nice. Also, when i checked online it indicated 4 wheelers could be used on beach except for dunes and city roads and apparently that wasn't the case. We were told we needed a permit sticker so those were purchased then we were told by another office they were not allowed at all. Again, not related to house but only a warning for future boliver visitors.

So in the middle of breakfast the power went out. I called and was told that there was a scheduled power outage and that I should have received and email about it. Which I never did and asked that management please call me. I have yet to receive that call. Just want to say again the house was everything we would have hoped for it to be.
