Hi Cynthia, Thank you again for staying with us. We are most certainly disappointed with ourselves that you viewed our direct communication as, "rigid and overly directive". Our communication style has been constant for the past 5 years for 6 properties we have been hosting on multiple platforms. We maintain the highest rating on each of our marketing platforms. We do our best to ensure the comfort of our guests while also ensuring clear communication. This is important to us so there are no assumptions or misunderstandings. Our aim is for everyone to have a positive experience, both guest and host. Regarding our property location, we simply provide the exact address to VRBO then they manage how it shows in your chosen search criteria. Also, when viewing any property it gives a general location which you had the opportunity to view for yourself prior to booking. This is the first we have heard about a location discrepancy so we will look into it further through VRBO to ensure the location is clear. We wish you all the best.
