Come enjoy a relaxing getaway at our great 2BR condo at Phoenix V. There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix V. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.



Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is balcony access from living room and master bedroom.

The living room features a new sofa, chair and a large TV to watch your favorite shows.

Updated kitchen with granite countertop and cabinetry is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious home meal.

Dining room seats 6 people with two additional seats at the bar.

The guest bedroom has two double beds, TV, and full bath. Also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 8.

We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

There is a large outdoor pool and heated indoor pool with hot tubs. Your kids are able to enjoy a 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Pros: The location was great and view was very good as well. The place was clean and LOVED the book selection and note from the owners. The king bed and one of queen beds were comfy. Short walk to elevators and trash chute so that was nice as well. Cons: The other queen bed was only suitable for the small kids and pull out was normal crappy pull out mattress. With smaller kids the glass was a huge challenge on the coffee table and entertainment center and smart TVs would be nice versus the antiqued Dish that decided not to work when we got rained in . It would also be nice if the place were stocked with at least enough TP, paper towels and dish soap for the number of days staying. If you know someone is staying 5 days and advertise you can hold 8-9 people - expecting 1 roll of TP in each bathroom to last is ridiculous. I’ve rented B&B for years. This is the first skimpy one I’ve ever encountered in that area. Gotta run the dryer 3 times to get your clothes dry, especially towels….which again you get no extra of,….3 bath towels for each bathroom (again with 8 people) don’t get you very far so you have to wash them daily. We went and bought more towels just to compensate. We left them there, hopefully someone can make use of them. The Phoenix itself was very nice, short walk to beach and good amenities. Major con is the long wait for the elevators.

Overall great experience. However, there was a change in property management while on our stay. They came and changed the code but my teenagers were their by themselves. So had a bit of a scare when the technician came in without them knowing.

Nice condo- just outdated

We had a great stay! Love how it’s on the 4th floor. The elevators weren’t working so very thankful we didn’t have to walk up too many flights of stairs. The unit is outdated but I knew that from the pictures. The TV in the master never would work and the one in the living room worked 50% of the time. There were no extra sheets. But we made it work. I messaged them on here a couple of times and never got a reply so that was frustrating. But overall, we had a great time and a great stay!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect, close to shops and beautiful beach access. The room itself was ok. Very musty smelling and not very clean. Door handles were sticky and needed to be cleaned and all the bedding looked very worn. Overall it was ok cause we were not in the room much but would have liked it to be a little cleaner. The recliner in the family room also had some staining on it and looked like it needed to be replaced. The facility itself was clean and also kept up so I would stay at the same resort but not in this room again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is extremely outdated. The furniture is old and dingy. The comforters are old and look like they haven't been replaced in years. My family rented multiple condos Phoenix V (at least 6) and this was no where near as nice as the others. The location of the condos is great!

Great location. Primary room with a view of the ocean could stand a new mattress but other than that it was very nice. First time I stayed in a unit that had carpet and i enjoyed it.

Only issue was the day before we left our door code did not work. Went to desk in lobby and explained our issue with door code. We left our phones in room, the blond lady was rude and did not seem interested in helping. She said she left a message for our owner. After a while I asked for the phoenix # and someone let us use their phone and the lady was great. She got us a new code in a minute. Unacceptable interaction at desk in lobby!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in process was super easy. The contact person for this condo was easy to communicate with. The actual condo itself was a little older and the floors were filthy, our feet were covered in dirt and sand when we took our shoes off when arriving. We had to wear shoes around for our whole stay.
