**Balcony project at this complex beginning September 8th, 2026 and lasting until May 14th, 2027. Construction activities all over the property will generate noise, vibration, and dust. The outdoor pool and Splash Pad will be closed in the Winter months**

Complete renovation on 2/1/23-All New Furnishings, New Fireplace!!



This Phoenix V condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple with a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. Two tennis courts await you outside. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you are bbq-ing.



Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. We also have a Queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 4. The kitchen is fully equipped to make any meal. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



Our condo is located perfectly on the 3rd floor, not a far walk from the elevators. Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!!



Your kids are able to enjoy a new 1300 sq. ft. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad downstairs by the pool. The area consists of a Pirate Sloop and Ship’s Bow with Slant Jets and Water Cannon, a Beached Boat Wet Slide, a Palm Tree with Water Dumping Bananas as well as a Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. You can see pictures of the Water Park placed at the end of the condo slideshow. It’s sure to keep your little Bucketheads busy throughout your vacation.



Parking: You must purchase your parking pass upon arrival, it is a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 1br unit you rent at Phoenix V guarantees you can purchase one parking pass, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Cute condo & beautiful view! But the bed wasn’t comfortable. Also, they only provided 1 hand towel and 4 towels for a six night stay. Maybe that would have been okay for a one or two night stay. The outdoor pool was closed for our first four nights.

Very clean condo, but Phoenix V is showing its age. We appreciated the high quality outdoor furniture, comfortable and clean living room furniture. Bed was noisy, one could not roll over or get out of the bed without waking the other. Kitchen well stocked, everything in working order. Easy access down the stairs to parking lot, pool, and beach. Overall a fine stay and would recommend for those desiring the close proximity to the beach.

Great family vacation spot !

Safe location, great view of the ocean and pool area! We saw dolphins swimming in the ocean from our balcony multiple days! Great area for food, fun activities such as arcades, mini golf, shopping, and so many beautiful beaches! It was our 1st time to Orange Beach/Gulf Shore area and we can’t wait to come back!

Our senior getaway

From the moment we opened the door and saw the awesome view of the beach and gulf, we knew that we had made the right choice. After the initial impact of the gorgeous beach, we then looked around and found ourselves in this perfect living environment. The condo was the perfect vacation paradise.

Beautiful renovated condo!

This condo was amazing from checkin to check out. The building has lots of extras of you want to use them, the view from the balcony was gorgeous, and the condo is perfect getaway. Condo was clean and the location was key for getting to all the restaurants and things to do quickly. We enjoyed being able to easily use the tv, and comfy couch, and we slept great on the bed. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Excellent condo!

This condo is perfect! Updated and clean, furnishings are all good. That little tiny blow dryer in the bathroom was the best! Towels could be a little more plush, but they did the job. On the third floor so it had a great view! Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo.

Window coverings would help. It’s very bright when it’s sunny. I think they put the wrong sized top sheet on the bed because it barely covered the mattress. Everything else was fantastic.

Good to get away!

The property was newly updated and we were very pleased with the stocked kitchen with pretty new pots and pans. A Keurig and a regular coffee pot. Several storage containers for leftovers. There was workers working on the outside of the building so was a little noisy but understand they have to maintain the condos so we respected that. Had a very enjoyable time in Orange Beach area.

Very nice and clean. Minor complaints.

Everything was great, very clean and as described. Only complaint is toilet seat slides around, needs securing, and mechanism for turning on shower and/ or tub is really hard to figure out and hard to operate. Recomment replacing it with simpler style people are familiar with. Otherwise we loved it and had a great stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice, updated condo. Building was older, but amenities were enjoyed by everyone. The only complaints I have was the disposal didn’t work, so there was a constant smell like someone before us had stuffed food down it and left it. The fireplace also had no remote or way to turn on, which is part of the reason we chose this condo. I tried emailing twice and calling once with ZERO response from “Jenifer”. Would rent the condo again, but definitely NOT through this company.

Great stay!

The condo unit was excellent! Updated and exactly like photos. It was clean and had all needed amenities. Balcony furniture was nice! However condo building is under major construction in the lobby area. You have to detour around to get to the front desk and elevators.Indoor pool is closed. Elevators and hallways seemed dated and dirty. Not sure if they will be updating or doing any work on those. Wish we were made aware of this on the listing. Again, our unit was great!

Reviewer Comments: If you're looking forward to using the fireplace,don't, remote could not be located, the batteries for the TV were dying, food splashed on the wall behind the sink, sand in the tub & stickers stuck to the cabinets in the bathroom. Cabinet in the kitchen is broken & drawer on the coffee table is broken. Coffee table full of dirty spots & rings. I contacted the owner on arrival Thursday with pictures attached, we are now home on Monday & still not a word. For the amount we paid for 3 days disappointed is a huge understatement!

Nice condo, good location, beautiful view of beach

Condo was as expected from online listing. Clean and well maintained. Bed was comfy. Check in was easy and service from Phoenix rentals was great. The expensive parking fee that must be paid to the Phoenix hotel seemed excessive but parking was easy. We liked the location. The ocean was a lovely 83 deg everyday. Beach was a bit difficult to walk while we were there because the way the tide comes in it is highly sloped above the tide line so you are constantly walking at a large angle along the beach; hard on the ankles. But the sand is lovely white, fine and soft and there were a number of good restaurants from which to choose. We are pickleballers and although PB is available at this location, you have to set the portable nets up yourselves each day. They do not facilitate games but we left our name at the desk and another couple responded so we were able to play with them each morning.
