Our remodeled single-story pool home sits on a quiet residential block in Clearwater, eleven minutes by car to Clearwater Beach and twenty to Tampa, Dunedin, or St. Pete. It's built for groups who want the beach-day rhythm without the beach-town crowds: a heated pool and spa out back, a pergola hung with two porch swings for slow mornings, and a single-level layout so nobody hauls a suitcase up stairs.

The great room opens through to a covered patio and a fenced pool deck, so the cathedral-ceiling living space and the outdoor lounge run as one. A second living room with two queen sleeper sofas extends the sleeping space when the group grows, and stays useful as a movie room when it doesn't.

After a beach day, the spa winds everyone down while the kitchen keeps the cook in the conversation, and the pergola swings are the spot for the first coffee before anyone else is up.

GUEST ACCESS

The garage is off limits to guests; the driveway holds four vehicles. Please do not park on grass or on neighbors' property out of respect for the family-friendly community.

FAQs
• Exterior security cameras are on the property for guest safety; there are no cameras inside the home.
• A security deposit is required one week before arrival to confirm the booking.
• The pool cleaner visits Fridays between 11 AM and 3 PM, and the lawn is mowed on Wednesdays.
• The pool and spa have no lifeguard, so swim at your own risk, supervise children, and no diving, glass, or rough play.
• Clearwater Beach is about an eleven-minute drive; Tampa, Dunedin, and St. Pete are about twenty. Beach commute can run longer during rush hour.
• Reservation changes for emergencies are accepted only for stays of equal or longer length.
