Holiday cottage in a renovated farmhouse, adjoining the relaxation room, located in the heart of the countryside, 500m from a lake and 15km from Ancenis, in a complex of two cottages (total capacity 10 people). Direct access to the Green Way (a cycle path). Two year-round rentals on the site (1 person per cottage).
South-facing terrace and shared, unfenced garden of 2900m², with a pétanque court.
Shared with the other cottages: a 60m² relaxation room with a spa and an unheated indoor swimming pool (4.5x9m - open from May to September). Swimming pool hours: 9am-8pm.
Single floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 160x190cm bed, 2: 2 single beds 90x190cm), shower room and separate WC. Amenities included: Wi-Fi, crib/high chair, portable fans, Tassimo coffee machine, and electric griddle.
Included: bed linen and towels.
Not included: electric heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning.
Pets are welcome free of charge.
Preferential rates are available for bookings of all the cottages.
