NOTE: Base rate includes 4 guests-above that will be an extra guest fee of $20 per person per night.



Firewood Fee $10 per night (optional ) please let us know after your stay if you did not use it for the indoor woodburing fireeplace



No pets allowed.



Unfortunately we don't have trash service in the mountains. We encourage you to take your trash and recycling with you- Directions for dump site is at the cabin



If you leave your trash and recycling at the house, we ask that you tip the housekeeper $5 per bag as a courtesy for disposing of it.



A separate security deposit is required for this property. Please feel free to ask us if you have any questions—we are happy to answer them!
