Perfect location, gorgeous views, excellent communication, owners are easy to reach, great wifi, kid friendly, clean & well stocked. It was a lovely place to stay. We especially loved the hot tub and star gazing by the fire. The owners even left a little thank you note & apple butter!

Host was present when arrived and had a quick chat. Loved having a home to bring my dog. The fresh bread, apple butter, and dog treats were a nice surprise. Would definitely go back!It’s very close to Lurray and Lurray Caverns. It’s about 30-45 to Shenandoah depending on where you’re going in the park. They have a cabinet of things you can purchase for 1.50 if you forgot something, which is very thoughtful.

We had a very nice stay. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking. One disappointment was the vacuum didn’t have a cord for us to do a quick vacuum before we left.

The house was incredibly clean! All of the bedrooms were big with plenty of outlets! The hot tub was clean and very relaxing. There was a Gift basket waiting for us when we arrived. It was rainy part of the time which made the cabin feel very cozy! We were emailed all of the necessary information a week before the stay and again the morning of. Any questions were answered immediately. It was a perfect place to get away with our kids before heading back to college! I would definitely recommend this home!!

Old Wagon Ridge was the perfect weekend getaway. The cabin was clean, cozy, and well stocked. The property was so quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to town to easily get food or supplies. The mountain views were especially beautiful, and we enjoyed star gazing from the hot tub. Our toddler and two dogs loved all the room to romp outside too. Communication with the hosts before and after our stay was great, and they were so kind to leave us (and the dogs) tasty gifts upon our arrival. We cannot wait to try out some of the other properties from Shenandoah Rentals!

Amazing!Never seen a cleaner home!The hosts were amazing giving great instructions to make the trip smooth along with an amazing gift of cheese bread and apple butter. The view from the hot tub is just amazing.My husband and I have never seen the stars so clear! We were blessed with amazing weather, we were able to enjoy the wonderful back yard, hot tub and swing over looking the Mountain View.This place is a must! The Turners.

Cabin was just what we needed for a getaway weekend to the mountains. Easy to get to, very very clean (probably cleanest rental I’ve ever been to). Appliances were updated and stocked kitchen as far as pots/pans etc. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was huge. The view alone was worth every penny and the variety of seat choices to enjoy it outside were my favorite. Didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub so can’t comment on that. We did have to buy spray cleaner to wipe down after cooking and stuff, couldn’t find any sort of cleaning supplies in the cabin which might be something that would be useful!
