Located within minutes of the beach this charming home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Relax and enjoy this peaceful retreat.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund  of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

Family Vacation

It was a great place and a great time. However the only issues is the tv is complicated to work.

Pros are loved the location and the sun room on back for rainy days. Cons the place needed a thorough deep clean so many spiders and cob webs very dusty, windows are dirty hand prints everywhere. The place could use some love pressure wash building, the rails on both back and front are rotten and should not be leaned on.There are leaking windows which have rotted wall behind couch in living room. Back of house has hole in exterior showing insulation. Spare bathroom tub has black mold and super slippery. The grass hadn't been cut in weeks they finally came mid week and did it. The place could use some more blinds like master bathroom step out shower and facing ur neighbors window along with living room so bright in am hard to watch only tv in the home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Called a week asking about amenities not listed- told no outdoor shower& grill. When arrived we found both present. A/C was set at 73, LR temp at 86 on second night. Reported to prop mgr after dinner and they provided fans quickly and they worked okay until service could come next day. But cooling was unreliable. Friday night we froze, at 72 again. Adjustable Master bed good but others need to be replaced. Painful queen in back bdrm. 1st rental of season- many kitchen spices were solid. Deck covered in pine needles & cones upon arrival. Walkway under deck deteriorating and several holes in exterior framing. Interior furniture and eating areas in good shape. Kitchen - very adequate china, stemware and utensils. Missing/broken door shelves in fridge limit storage. Property mgt very good. But some rental book info out of date. Reasonable price but not recommended. Even a coat of paint would help.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was the 3rd time in this house. We love the location and the way the house is built. The removal of carpet is à great improvement. The only thing that would be nice is to have à large anti-adhesive pan. Also we didn't find any oven mitt. The bbq should be changed because it is not safe anymore and too old. For the rest, it was awesome.

Property was as advertised and plenty of room for the group. It could have been cleaner and some areas need a handymans touch. Otherwise it fit the bill for the week.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come down every year for pony penning and this was my least favortie property. It was musty, cob webs, irritated my allergies. It had a camping vibe not a beach vacation.
