### Pre-Check-in

To help us prepare for your arrival, we ask all guests to complete our secure pre-check-in process via **Enso Connect**, including guest information and a valid ID document.

This process allows us, in particular, to comply with the regulatory requirements applicable to guest accommodation and must be completed before access to the property.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

The 81 m² duplex apartment-villa is located in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute drive from the Principality of Monaco.

You will appreciate the apartment for its beautiful sea view, its sunny terrace with outdoor furniture, its proximity to the beaches, and its sober and elegant décor. Spacious and comfortable, it is ideal for a family stay.

An elegant living room with refined decoration, furnished with a sofa, coffee table, TV unit, and Wi-Fi. The living area opens directly onto the sea-facing terrace, equipped with garden furniture for outdoor dining and relaxation.
