It consists of entrance hall, lounge with fully equipped American kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, double bedroom with bathroom with tub and second bedroom with two beds and bathroom with shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The occupants of the residence have free access to the private swimming pool.
The use of 1 indoor garage is included in the rental price.

Nice airport is 20 minutes away by car - MC heliport is less than 10 minutes away by car - 10 min. walk from the sea and Plage Marquet beach or the famous Plage Mala. - Shops, bakery, pharmacy etc. - 5 minutes.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed here for 12 days.The appartment is beautiful,big ,very clean and very quiet.We enjoyed a beautiful view over the méditerranée .The caretaker Riccardo is very hepful.The appartment is exactly as described and we appreciated the huge balcony with this amazing view above the sea.It s the second time we came here and we will come back again.

Great location

Access and private with a beautiful view of the ocean and port also of Monaco. The apartment was just as shown, could not fault anything. Very comfortable and had the feeling of never been lived in it had every thing.

Beautiful views and unit.

The stay was amazing. The view is breathtaking and the pool was wonderful. Very modern and wonderfully furnished. Ricardo was a great property manager and is a whiz with google translate. Would highly recommend.

Cap d’Ail holiday

Apartment was a wonderful base for enjoying the Monaco - Nice area. Comfortable with everything we needed inside and a great view over the Med on the balcony. Property manager Riccardo was very helpful and available if needed.

Area of outstanding natural beauty

We loved our stay in Marcella's amazing apartment. The bedrooms are nice and big. The balcony is very large and it has an amazing view. Marcella is a wonderful host. Riccardo was very nice too. We hope to be back soon again. Thank you!

Excellent apartment

We have just returned from Marcella's lovely apartment in Cap D'ail, just a few minutes from Monaco. The apartment was very clean, and nicely laid out with quite spectacular views. I would say that having a car is essential, thankfully we did, as it is very hilly, not something we are used to in the UK, and being fairly old, would find it difficult without the car. All in all a lovely month away, and looking at dates for our return. Thank you Marcella, everything went smoothly.

Fabulous apartment near to Monaco

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful and perfectly appointed apartment . Beautiful view towards the sea and the pool is bigger than it look in the picture. I love the decor! The property is very convenient to visit many places. The caretaker helped us with the suitcases, he was very kind and the owner of the property wrote about her availability in case we need something. I couldn’t have more pleased! Love this place, very calm and relaxed. Clean-inside and out ! Will definitely be back.

Exceptional ocean view apartment Cap-d-ail, France

The photos & description in the listing are accurate but not as great as the actual feeling of the apartment and the views once you check in, its beautiful, better than any photos. Very tasteful and comfortable, perfect for our 7 day stay during the Monaco F1GP. The apartment had everything we needed to feel at home and like a local. Ricarrdo met us on time, walked us through the garage, elevators and the apartment with the help of his phone translator, all went super smooth, and he was helpful with any questions. The apartment has a very secure location and private secure garage, well maintained and easy to navigate. We had a car and greatly appreciated the location, close to Monaco, Nice, Eze etc. There is a walkway down to town, many steps but well worth the hike and picturesque so bring a camera. Would definitely stay there again, highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Balcony and Views

My husband and I and a friend stayed in this lovely apartment near Monaco. We totally enjoyed the huge balcony very well furnished with great views of the Mediterranean. The kitchen is lovely and fully prepared to enjoy your stay, two bathrooms are quite modern and easy to accommodate the number of people for the apartment. Air Conditioning in the living room is very nice. A few notes to remember would be that you really need a car to fully utilize this location, the underground parking although tricky is very convenient. If you are not familiar with the area, however, finding this location could be a bit challenging, but once found very very , easy access. If you plan a walking vacation, I don’t think this location would be the best, because I don’t think you could be picked up by taxi or Uber very easily. That being said, it was a lovely experience perfect for us with a car and easy access to the lower Cornish and the A8. We would love to stay here again.

Breath taking view

Marcella was a wonderful host answering all of my questions quickly and giving full detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the view just cannot be beat. We only wish we would have brought our bathing suits for the gorgeous pool! The apartment had everything you would need including a nespresso machine which made making coffee in the morning very convenient! The only thing you should be aware of, if you are not renting a car, it is quite a long and difficult walk to and from the flat so make sure you are somewhat fit and bring sneakers! If you are arriving late at night or early in the morning, this could be a bit tricky since you have to carry your luggage at a very steep uphill distance. The caretaker Ricardo was just lovely but he obviously sleeps at a normal time as anyone would and is not available between 10pm and 5am which is good to note if you are arriving or departing in between these times. Other than this small detail, I would definitely recommend Marcella's place to anyone looking to stay in the Cap d'Ail area. It is just wonderful!!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Marcellas Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt, der Blick von der Terrasse ist umwerfend. Die Wohnung ist mit den 2 Bädern perfekt für eine Familie. Den Pool hatten wir häufig für uns und wir fanden es toll, dass man von dort aus nach Monaco rüberschauen kann. Gerne immer wieder!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Leider gibt es die im Inserat erwähnte Klimaanlage nur im Wohnzimmer. In den Schlafzimmern war es deshalb sehr heiss und man bringt die Hitze nicht raus. Aber ansonsten war alles wie beschrieben.

The best vacation ever !

Me, my husband and our family friend spent two wonderful weeks in Cap-D'Ail French vile, in the very beautiful and cozy condo of Marcella and Mario. The location of condo is perfect, on the top of the hill, and the view from the balcony is so amazing! When you seat just in the kitchen, you feel like on the ship in the sea! Everything was wonderfully designed, with the grate taste. Every second we felt so pleased, happy and peaceful! The manager of the condo, Ricardo, was very helpful, and he was able to help us in everything we needed. The condo is not only beautiful, but it is equipped with everything you need for your vacation, from the kitchen to the bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable, and we slept very well. We fell in love with Cap-Dail, with the shore and its narrow streets, even with its steep climbs and downhills. The Monaco is just 10 minutes away, and the road is very amazing. We are sure, that we will come back again! Marcela and Mario, Thank you so much for your amazing condo!

Five Star Stay ***** !

The location of the property is excellent. Just a few minutes away from Monaco and direct access to the beach downhill. Family truly enjoyed the memory foam beds. The apt offers a parking space with plenty of space. The apt was impeccably clean and had all you needed for a long stay. Will definitely go back!

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht auf Meer und Pool

Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig und sehr gut eingerichtet. Eine wunderbare Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen und erholen ein. Der Pool ist gross, die Nachbarn freundlich und die Ausgangslage für Ausflüge ist perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
