One dog under 40 lbs allowed but $50 pet fee must be checked at the time of booking. Exceptions to policy but must be pre-approved. Including service/comfort pets.

Coastal Breeze is a one-of-a-kind coastal cottage! Wrap-around porch on three sides. This large (1,500 sq ft), 2 bedroom, 2 bath, large/open living area Cottage sleeps five (5) and is just blocks from the beach, LB harbor, beach volleyball courts, fishing piers, fine dining, the quaint downtown of Long Beach, the Town Greene where all the events in the community take place (including the Saturday morning farmers' market) & in the middle of everything the Coast has to offer.

Located in an established coastal neighborhood (that butts up to the beautiful grounds of the USM Coastal campus. The location is quiet, safe and relaxing. But yet.... the Island View Casino, Aquarium, Jones Park, Ship Island excursion boat, Bonefish Alley restaurant/night life area of Gulfport is less than a10-minute drive down the beachfront. The Coastal Breeze is a short drive to Pass Christian, Bay St. Louis, Biloxi & all points along the MS Coast. For a day trip New Orleans or Mobile are both just an easy hour drive. The Coastal Breeze, really, is in the middle of everything that the MS Coast has to offer. The true Coastal Life experience!!!

Awesome Cottage

Cozy beach house

Every expectation was exceded for our stay at Harold and Claire's 2bd, 2 bath beach house in Long Beach. From the shore decore, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds,, spacious living area and clean bathrooms, nothing was missed. We cant say enough about our stay yhere.

Coastal Breeze Cottage

Cottage was quite nice. In a pleasant neighborhood. Charming and serene. Cottage itself was clean and up-to-date. Has a lovely porch on three sides. Excellent place to sit and have coffee in the morning, and watch squirrels play in the oaks.

Great Stay

Harold was amazing!!! He was easy to communicate with and was very flexible. If there was any questions or concerns he was easily able to be reached. The property was clean and well kept. They also made sure to provide items that you may forget. Really enjoyed my stay!

I would rent this one again!

Harold was outstanding in his communication with me. We were able to check in early which was so nice. The home was well located to the beach and places to eat. I really liked the layout of the house and the rooms were spacious. If you're looking for a home convenient to get to, in a quiet neighborhood, that's priced right and great customer service this is the home to rent.

Lovely home

We enjoy the very clean home great location we loved our stay the only thing that wasn’t great was the king bed is very hard. I’m husband back hurt all week from the bed.

Thank you Casandra for your review. So glad that you were able to enjoy what the Coast has to offer and enjoyed the area. It was a pleasure to have you as guests at the Coastal Breeze Cottage. Sorry the bed wasn't as comfortable as it could have been for your husband. All the furniture in the cottage is new (including the mattresses) since the cottage was just listed the first of the year. We discovered that the mattresses (same brand, style of we had installed at our other VRBOs) are firmer than they had been in the past. Apparently, we contacted the company, the mattresses come more firm but do soften up over time. It is difficult to have a mattress that fits every person's comfort choice, over the years some guest would rather have firmer, some would have rather had softer so it is always a person by person own preference. It is always a guessing game for us. Thanks, Claire & Harold

Thank you Catherine for your review! Yes, this is the reason we purchased this location in October 2021 was for the location...quiet, peaceful, pleasant neighborhood but close to everything. We do have an outstanding housekeeping crew so thanks for noticing their hard work. On the yard/outside/vines we do have a professional yard care service that does our yard & your observations has been passed on to them (those issues would have been addressed during your stay just via an email letting us know). The plans in Fall is to completely redo the landscaping around the cottage & porch area. Thanks again, Claire & Harold

Adorable cottage in a quiet neighborhood!!

The cottage was exactly as pictured! It was perfect for our visit in such a quiet neighborhood. Long beach, Gulfport and Biloxi were wonderful! Plenty of options for food and shopping. Walmart was a quick 5 min drive down the road. Harold was so easy to communicate with and always replied so quickly! He made the whole process a breeze and was very helpful! He even sent tons of info about the area in the booking email! He set the bar high for any future stays at other homes! Thank you Harold and Claire for helping to make our trip that much better!

Great Stay in Longbeach

My wife and I stayed at this property for 14 nights. We used this house as a base to experience the Gulf Coast. It is right between New Orleans and Mobile, AL. We traveled both ways multiple times. We were very happy with our stay. The listing and pictures were very much what we found. The bed was super supportive and comfortable The sectional in the main room was very nice to relax on in the evening. We used the kitchen daily and had everything we needed to cook our meals. The owner was very prompt in responding to a question we had. He truly was happy to help. If we are ever in this area again, we will definitely stay here again.

Claire is French-Canadian who grew up in Quebec. Harold grew up in Long Beach but had not resided in Long Beach for almost 50 years, retired from 35-year career in Public Safety from Utah. Purchased the Gulf Palms Cottage (also listed on VRBO) as a family vacation home for our six adult children and seven grandchildren to experience and enjoy the Mississippi Gulf. They now share a deep connection to the beauty and people of our beloved community.

Our goal in listing our Gulf Palms Cottage, 8 years ago, was for an alternative for other families wishing to enjoy and explore the MS Gulf Coast and to promote our beloved MS Gulf Coast.

Close friends, just doors down from our original Gulf Palms Cottage, had to relocate back to Texas and we jumped at the offer to purchase their home that had a mother-in-law cottage. We are now proud to offer, besides our original Gulf Palms Cottage....... the Coastal Breeze Cottage and the Cozy Breeze Bungalow for your next trip to the beautiful MS Coast. Both homes are located in one of the most desired areas of the MS Coast and are in the middle of all the Coast has to offer!!! Come enjoy a true Coastal Life experience!

The Coastal Breeze Cottage is within walking distance to the beach, the harbor, the Town Greene Park, restaurants, the quaint little downtown of Long Beach, entertainment, the beautiful small campus of the University of Southern Mississippi with the Friendship Oak, etc. etc. all three cottages provide visitors to the area an opportunity to "Live like a local".
