Cozy Breeze Bungalow is a comfortable 750 sq ft escape just blocks from 26 miles of white sand beaches, our cozy & relaxing Bungalow with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, is ideal for a couple or small family visiting the Coast. Walking distance to beach-restaurants-park-quaint downtown in the center of everything the Coast has to offer. Yet plenty of outdoor space with a large private patio that has outdoor eating, relaxing and a grill to enjoy all the seasons of the "Coast Life". This quiet, private, safe stand-alone "Mother-in-law" bungalow shares a half-acre lot with the larger Coastal Breeze Cottage.

Now, with our original Gulf Palms Cottage and along with the addition of the Cozy Breeze Bungalow & the Coastal Breeze Cottage we can offer three perfect vacation rentals in one of the best locations of the MS Gulf Coast. In a neighborhood that is private, safe, quiet, relaxing with the beautiful USM Coastal campus to the East, the downtown community of Long Beach (with the Town Greene where all the local activities take place) to the West and the beach, harbor, beach volleyball courts, fishing piers and beachfront restaurants to the South........ and New Orleans or Mobile are just an easy hour drive for a great day trip. The Cozy Breeze Bungalow really is in the middle of everything the Coast has to offer.

The stay was wonderful. It was my first time experiencing a two bedroom home... Everything went well. Mr. Harold respond back quickly if you needed anything. It was great for 3 nights... We had everything we needed... if you have kids there are two nice parks down the street from the room... There are plenty of room for a little family picnic or you can play out in the field... The park is almost the size of a football field... It's definitely a good spot to stay at... The neighborhood is very quite and peaceful.

I loved the bungalow! It’s in a really quiet neighborhood and 3 blocks to the beach and numerous restaurants. Very clean! Everything you need is already there. Harold was super responsive and respectful with me. I can’t wait to rent it again when I’m back in Long Beach! Air conditioning inside is EXCELLENT by the way!

Was a cute cozy cabin. Very clean. It did have quirks but it added to the adventure. The toilet needs to be taller.A/C was ice cold.

Great stay!

Harold was very nice and quick with response time. The cottage was very close to the beach and had everything we needed plus more. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Great little bungalow!!!

The bungalow was fantastic! The location of this property is perfect. Just a couple blocks from the beach and very easy access to everywhere. Harold, was an excellent host. Will definitely recommend and hopefully we will return soon.

Perfect Little Place

We’ve stayed here several times and will keep coming. Perfect for my wife and I. We enjoy sitting on the beach and reading as well riding out to Ship Island. This lil cottage is perfect. There’s even an umbrella and beach chairs if you need them.

Anniversary

This was an absolute perfect place to stay!!! Was perfect little size and if we would have brought our 2 children we still would of had room. We will absolutely be back! So close to the beach and some awesome restaurants!

Nice Quiet Spot

The cottage was very nice in a quiet neighborhood. Location was great for western beach area. Communication with property owner was excellent.

Blessed time

This home was absolutely perfect for me. This was my first trip to the coast by myself since God called my angel home last year. The size of the home was not overwhelming for just myself. It was perfectly clean when I arrived and check in was perfect. I actually found all of the quirks the owner listed very cool. From an era when humans were not so full of themselves and think everything must be perfect. Highly recommend this home to others and I hope to be back next year.

Quaint little paradise!

This is a cute little property 2 bedroom 1 bath. We had a great stay and loved the quiet and peaceful location. Check-in was a breeze and Harold provided all the info we needed for a seamless check-in/ checkout. Recommend!!

Nice budget vaca

Cute little place to stay for the 2 of us. Had a slight musty smell to it @ 1st & pics made it seem larger than it is. Checkin/out were super easy & property manager was awesome w/communication. Even helped us out w/an early checkin due to our flight being early & having a new swimsuit delivered there! Overall a fantastic vaca!

Interesting: the photos were taken via my cell phone so nothing was done to enhance the size and the Bungalow is listed as a 750 sq ft & "mother-in-law home, which it originally was just that. The home is a wood structure, in the hot/humid south so a musty smell can be common until the air gets to circulating. Glad you had a fun time on the Coast and enjoyed the area. This property is exactly as described. It was just the right size for myself and my husband. It is situated in an area where the beach and restaurants are easily accessible. It’s location makes it easy to do day trips to the many attractions that are available.

We were in the Gulfport area to help a family member in a stressful situation. The cottage was homey, comfortable and very well stocked. It was a welcome haven at the end of the day.

Wonderful stay at the bungalow!

We really enjoyed the quiet Mississippi coast and the location of this property. We enjoyed riding bikes and walking the neighborhood. It was cozy but all the essentials were included and some thoughtful extras. No issues. Would book again if we came back to the area.

Best Beach Bungalow Eva!

I was impressed with the overall appearance as I drove up to it and parked. But even more impressed with the cute little rooms and sparkling style. It was perfect for 2 of us and all the extras in the kitchen added such a nice stay. I will keep this little haven on the beach in mind for future visits. Thank you Harold for helping to make this vaca special.

Beach vacation

A delightful little bungalow in a perfect location. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a fully equipped kitchen. Dealing with Harold was very easy and he was very helpful. We were only a few blocks from the beach and not far from Mobile, Biloxi and New Orleans. We look forward to a return visit to the area and would definitely use the same accomodations

Claire is French-Canadian who grew up in Quebec. Harold grew up in Long Beach but had not resided in Long Beach for almost 50 years, retired from 35-year career in Public Safety from Utah. Purchased the Gulf Palms Cottage (also listed on VRBO) as a family vacation home for our six adult children and seven grandchildren to experience and enjoy the Mississippi Gulf. They now share a deep connection to the beauty and people of our beloved community.

Our goal in listing our Gulf Palms Cottage, 8 years ago, was for an alternative for other families wishing to enjoy and explore the MS Gulf Coast and to promote our beloved MS Gulf Coast.

Close friends, just doors down from our original Gulf Palms Cottage, had to relocate back to Texas and we jumped at the offer to purchase their home that had a mother-in-law cottage. We are now proud to offer, besides our original Gulf Palms Cottage....... the Coastal Breeze Cottage and the Cozy Breeze Bungalow for your next trip to the beautiful MS Coast. Both homes are located in one of the most desired areas of the MS Coast and are in the middle of all the Coast has to offer!!! Come enjoy a true Coastal Life experience!
