Walking distance to beach-restaurants-park-quaint downtown in the center of everything the Coast has to offer. Yet plenty of outdoor space with a large private patio that has outdoor eating, relaxing and a grill to enjoy all the seasons of the "Coast Life". This quiet, private, safe stand-alone "Mother-in-law" bungalow shares a half-acre lot with the larger Coastal Breeze Cottage.

Now, with our original Gulf Palms Cottage and along with the addition of the Cozy Breeze Bungalow & the Coastal Breeze Cottage we can offer three perfect vacation rentals in one of the best locations of the MS Gulf Coast. In a neighborhood that is private, safe, quiet, relaxing with the beautiful USM Coastal campus to the East, the downtown community of Long Beach (with the Town Greene where all the local activities take place) to the West and the beach, harbor, beach volleyball courts, fishing piers and beachfront restaurants to the South........ and New Orleans or Mobile are just an easy hour drive for a great day trip.
