Ostseeferienhaus Momo between Boltenhagen and Wismar with beautiful beaches

Dear tourists,
Spends the best time of the year in our beautiful holiday home. It is located in Beckerwitz, just 2 km from the natural beaches. The natural beaches are easy to reach on foot or by bike, but also by car. The region is popular for beach walks and bike rides along the Baltic coast. Nearby is the jetty "MARINA" with its maritime shop and restaurant.
There are organic farms / restaurants, fish smokehouses and locomotive trips in the area. In bad weather Wismar has much to offer, such as the harbor with its fish restaurants, its beautiful old town with historic churches, the Wonnemar (fun pool / spa), the Mumpitz, museums and much more.

In less than 200 meters from the house is the restaurant "Zur Ostsee" with beer tavern and summer garden and 2 km away directly on the marina overlooking the beach and the island of Poel a small Italian restaurant. In Wismar we can recommend the Wismarer Brauhaus, the Seeperle and the restaurant Alter Schwede.

The beaches in Hohen Wischendorf and Zierow offer bathing and running out possibilities for family and dog.

Of course, we also recommend our sweet little house, it was completed in 2017 with much love to detail.

We ourselves are dog lovers and therefore families with their best companions are welcome. For the overnight stay of your dogs we do not take any extra fees.
There are no extra charges for towels and bed linen.

So you can enjoy your vacation and start the day with a quiet breakfast on the terrace, we have the very large property fenced around the house, so that your animal companions can move freely. In the garden you are ready to eat and relax two terraces with seating area, beach chair, barbecue and fire bowl ready.

Momo has on the ground floor a living room with comfortable seating area and fireplace. In the living area are the beautiful country kitchen with dishwasher, stove and oven and dining area.

You reach the upper floor via the hallway. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds. The house is ideal for a family with two children or four adults. On the upper floor is the full bath with standing shower, a bathtub and toilet. In the EC there is an additional guest toilet.

In the EC there is a small laundry room with washing machine and combined dryer as well as vacuum cleaner, broom etc ..

Free Wi-Fi is available in the house and on the property.

Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.

The house also has a baby travel bed, children's toilet seat, potty, highchair and changing mat.

Smoking is allowed outside the house.

The cottage has its own driveway with free parking.

Beckerwitz itself can also sweeten your breakfast. There are two beekeepers in town, where there is very good tasting honey, but also the strawberry farm invites you to pick your own.

Deposit: Upon arrival, a deposit of 200, - € in cash to deposit.
Electricity / Water: Electricity and water are included in a normal daily consumption, d. H. per booked night the price includes 15 kWh and 800 liters of water. Eg You book a week (7 nights) so you have 105 kWh and 5600 liters of water available.
More consumption will be charged at local prices.
