Feel at ease in Island Breeze! This welcoming Sea Isle beachfront home features an expansive main deck, bright and airy living area, spacious floor plan, and quick access to the beach. With the ability to accommodate 12 people, it’s a great getaway option for multiple families.

Walk inside and the hardwood floors and pops of color catch your eyes immediately. The wall of windows and skylights work together to illuminate this updated beach house. Sink into the plush couches or gather at the dining table to enjoy conversations with front row Gulf views. Get everyone involved in the fully-equipped kitchen with abundant counter space and seating - easy to prep and serve family meals.

The upper level primary king suite has a private deck and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and closet space. The loft overlooks the living area and has its own TV and two full futons. Back on the main level, you’ll find a king bedroom and bunk bedroom, both with easy access to the partially covered deck.

Sip your morning coffee while you listen to the sounds of the Island. The large main deck has plenty of outdoor furniture and is perfect for sunning. Head down the cleared path to start your beach day. When it’s time to wrap up your beach day, the ground level patio has a convenient outdoor shower for easy clean up. Let the Gulf breeze dry you off while you hang out on the built-in picnic table, and dine al fresco on your favorite beach snacks.

To add to the fun, Sea Isle guests have access to neighborhood amenities. Purchase a pass to the pool (seasonal), or request a pier key for the fishing pier (refundable deposit required)!

ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES
On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.

Beachfront home
The beach house was very nice, clean and spacious. We only had 6 people, so it was super comfortable. We cooked and ate in several meals, and the kitchen was well stocked. However, I do feel that they could have provided more trash bags and a fly swatter (I know, sounds gross, but very necessary). The bathrooms were clean and linens were plentiful. We had a great stay.

Perfect vacay house
This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was spacious and clean. Our vacation was perfect because of this house. Will definitely stay there again.

Awesome experience
There were things here and there that need to be updated, but manageable. Other than that, we had an amazing time, a wonderful experience and highly recommend this house. It was exceptionally clean. They were on point when we got there. We loved the fact that we were able to check in a little bit earlier than expected which made our stay feel longer than it was, whxihc was great. Our kids loved it as well. Can’t wait til next year

Good and Bad
The exterior of the house has flaking paint, torn screens, shutter housing that's falling apart, worn porch boards, rusty nails. The interior is spacious, clean and inviting. The bedrooms have comfy beds and linens. The Master bath is large and includes a dressing area, but the downstairs bathroom could use some cosmetic work. All appliances work; all fixtures work. A/C is great. There is a nice upstairs loft with 2 futons and some games. TVs are in every bedroom. The kitchen has a very large nice granite island with ample seating around it plus there's a large dining room table. My spouse says he would stay there again even with the shock of the exterior since the interior was fine, although there is some water damage that has been painted over rather than being replaced. It's in a great spot on the beach with little traffic and easy access to the beach. Note: there aren't any tall chairs on the deck so when you sit on the ones there, the rail blocks your view unless you scoot really close or really far away from the railing. Not really an issue - just a note. For the price point in April 2022, it's a little steep for the quality of home that you get --- in my opinion.
