Your beach vacation begins the minute you walk through the door. Start your days in the bright and airy living area, full of contemporary decor and comfortable furnishings. Fit the whole family on the multiple couches, and sit back for a cozy movie night. Adjacent is the fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and gas range stove. Serve up home cooked meals or delicious takeout from Galveston’s best restaurants on the breakfast bar.

The spacious bedrooms are built for relaxation with private en suite bathrooms in every bedroom and deck access in 3 of them. Celebrate the end of the day with evening cocktails and sunset views. The primary king suite is a quiet paradise on the main level, and its en suite bathroom boasts double vanities, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Head upstairs to find two queen bedrooms and a pyramid bunk room - perfect for the kids, teens, and adults!

The beach is just a short neighborhood walk away, and the Historic Strand District is a short drive of less than 10 miles. Explore everything that Galveston has to offer during your stay!

Rick’s Beach Rentals is another West End favorite for renting golf carts, kayaks, beach chairs & umbrellas, beach wheelchairs and more. They’ll drop off & pick up right at your beach house, so all you have to do is enjoy!

ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES
On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.

Enjoyable
House was available on time. House was clean. Appreciated towels in sealed packages. Wonderful location. Missing living room tv remote. Left front igniter on range did not function. Kitchen utensils, pots and pans adequate. Venue was wonderful for our family vacation .
