The property was a 10 out of 10. Enjoyed proximity to the beach and how clean and warming the atmosphere was for our stay. Would definitely return for even a week next time.

I like that it is very kid friendly and the beach is 100 feet away. So relaxing.

Stayed at several different houses along the coast over the years. Everyone agreed this was the best! Great experience! Nice quiet neighborhood, and walk to the beach.

This home was fabulous. Very clean and thoughtfully stocked. The location is our favorite - close to activities and stores. The unit has wonderful views of the water, close access to the beach. A great size for our family (children, spouses, grandchildren- 6 adults and 2 babies). The host was super-responsive. Wouldn’t change a thing! We had a fantastic time!

This place is amazing! Loved that all the beds were kings and each room had a balcony. The neighborhood is so nice and loved the beach is private. Can’t wait to go back!

Very clean and organized property. This house was stocked with everything needed. The decor was great with the entire house decorated very well. Help provided by the local property manager was quick and efficient. He was very helpful prior to arrival and with a small issue when we arrived. (Hot water operation)We have stayed at this house twice in the last four years, and would stay there again, if available, when we come to Galveston again.

Wonderful weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The balcony views are incredible, the house was just perfect and was appointed with everything we needed. We had a relaxing stay and everyone in our group loved the house. I would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Celebration

We had a great weekend at this beautiful home. The views from the balcony were perfect and had lots of seating for our group to enjoy. Communication with the host was great! We will definitely be back to stay.

We had the most wonderful vacation, from check-in to check-out. Simple instructions, an incredibly well-stocked kitchen for all our meals and meal prep, comfy beds, great location. It was all very clean and well-appointed, and perfect for our family. Loved all the space under the house, and enjoyed the green space behind it immensely. Bunk room was so fun for my kids; definitely better for kids/early teens, but they had a blast.

perfect location, well maintained property

the house was clean and well maintained. kitchen was well equipped for cooking. lot's of extra sand toys for the kids and handy cart to take them to the beach. nice quality bedding and furniture. all in all nice house with perfect location close to beach and views to the water.

loved the property and proximity to beach. when the weather deteriorated and we needed to leave early, the property owners were very understanding. would love to return

Perfect Beach Vacation

We had such an amazing time at Sam & Jim's home! Our original stay was booked the weekend of Hurricane Beryl and Sam was so accommodating, quick to respond, and helpful in rescheduling. I can't say enough great things about the hosts, the location of the home, and all of its amenities. My family had a wonderful vacation. Thanks so much!

We had a great time- we just had trouble with the exterior locks. But everything else was wonderful and would rent again. The owners allowed a later checkout which was very helpful since we had to wrangle a bunch of children. We would love to come again for our future beach trips.
