The condo was excellent. Such a fun interior and a beautiful view onto the beach. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The beds were comfortable, and the condo was spacious. We want to come back and bring the grandkid with us. He would have such a blast!

Amazing Vacation Rental

Absolutely loved this property. We were on the 2nd floor with immediate elevator access which made loading and unloading a breeze. Condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The balcony is huge and where most of our time was spent talking and laughing and just being together. This is an amazing vaca rental.

Beautiful views of the beach and ocean

This condo is in an awesome location, short walk to both the beach and shopping and dining. Beautiful views from the patio. Parking was convenient and the elevator was a huge help! Beds were comfy and condo is nicely decorated. Would definitely stay here again.

Great experience

This is my first experience with VRBO and it was great! The property was clean and neat and had everything we needed! The location facing the beach was peaceful and serene and everything was in walking distance. I will definitely be back!!

Tybee Island Fall Break 2024

Perfect location. The balcony is fabulous!! Facility was clean, with very nice bedding and comfortable furniture. Cookware needed to be updated, but the booking agent advised that she would ensure that it was replaced. Mid October on Tybee is always a great time!!

We loved the property, the location and the view. It was everything advertised. There were some minor maintenance type items that were noticed but did not detract from our vacation. We would definitely recommend this property.

Awesome!

I'm not sure how we lucked out and were able to book this place last minute. We loved it! Everything was exactly like the pictures. Very relaxing! We spent most of our time relaxing inside or on the porch. We loved everything about it and hope we can come back!

Bucket List

Visiting Savannah and Tybee Island was on our bucket list. The Condo was perfect in every way. My daughter, my husband and I all enjoyed the visit. We drove in to Savannah to explore the historical area, but Tybee Island was our base. The hammock provided very peaceful naps for me. This condo is very clean and well equipped. Blender for frozen drinks when we didn't hit "Wet Willies". Everything was within walking distance for us. We ate breakfast at the Breakfast Club and the Sunrise Cafe. If you want to have a place that is right in the middle of everything book this condo. The owner answered any questions promptly.

Nice room and awesome balcony

My family spent 4 days here. Overall it was a great experience: Large balcony ideal for lounging and reading with the surf in the background. Nice large room and generously sized kitchen area. We cook most of our own meals when traveling so this was a big plus. Nice sitting area and new 4k TV for movie nights after long days on the beach. Located near everything! Cons: Bathroom doorknobs did not lock and need to be repaired and replaced. Lots of noise in the parking lot during day hours - guy selling his surfing lessons, guy riding his bike by blaring loud music. If noise on the balcony between 9 and 5 is a problem for you it might be advisable to seek other options. For us it wasn't a big issue but enough to be noticeable.

Outstanding location!

Tybee is a wonderful vacation destination. This was our second stay at this property. Unfortunately the owners are not putting any money into repairs for the unit. The unit has significant water damage in both the master bedroom and kitchen ceiling area. As a result, there is also a strong musty odor through the condo. The queen bedroom has a window and ceiling fan that has been broken for over 1 year. The fan can’t be used - as it shakes and makes a loud noise if run. The window is missing part of the bottom shash frame - therefore, letting in hot air and noise. We had to stuff towels in the gap. The plumbing in both bathrooms needs work - one tub doesn’t drain and one toilet struggles to flush waste. Also the exhaust fan in the master bathroom makes so much noise it sounds like it’s going to come through the ceiling. Living room couch and loveseat has slipcovers on it and they do not stay on/fit. Finally, the steps on the front side of the condo are damaged creating a real hazard. We notified the owner of our concerns on our first day - they thanked us for the pictures of the water damage - stating that they thought it had been repaired. for the price paid - I expected better quality.

Great location!

The location of the condo was perfect! There is a short walk across the street to the beach access. The HUGE deck was definitely our favorite part of the condo. The condo could use a lot of updates but it was decent enough!

GREAT LOCATION

The property description is very accurate. It is right on the beach. It is great location. It is clean and well maintained. My only complaint which is very minor. It has slight musty smell when you finish entered the property.

Beautiful Home Awesome Location

The property was exactly as advertised in the pictures and as described! We absolutely loved staying here! It was beautiful with a great location to all of Tybee’s local favorites as well as the beach! Property manager was very prompt with sending us our information on how to get into the home as well as what was required for checkout! We will definitely be back and this is the location we will choose every time!

Great location close to walkway to the beach, food and shopping. It’s on a main drag and most people walk so it can be loud. The property needs a deep cleaning and some TLC.

Family Birthday celebration weekend

Plenty of room for an adult party of 6! The unit has a large patio for hanging out with ocean view.. some construction going on in the road right now but no big deal! Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

Perfect location and plenty of room!

Enjoyed a long weekend here while participating in the Savannah half marathon and 5k. The weather could have been better, but we still enjoyed our time in this lovely condo looking right out on the ocean! Walking distance to restaurants, shops and nightlife made it even better. Would absolutely stay here again!

Underwhelming, but overall fine.

One bedroom the blinds were messed up and the pillow cases had stains, the one with the twin beds the ceiling fan didn’t work so the room stayed hot. found a massive hairball by the couch in the living room. People upstairs extremely loud the entire time. Cable company had multiple outages while we were there so we didn’t have wifi or cable for extended periods twice during our stay (not the hosts fault but is frustrating). The master bedroom has a sheer curtain, so if you want to get intimate make sure you have no friends/family on the deck. Sliding door to deck also extremely loud. Overall, needs some updates to make the cost on par with other places in this price range. Rating it 4 stars due to it being so close to the beach and overall satisfying our needs - just missing a few things that would take it to a five star stay. For example, some starter coffee, cleaner sheets/pillowcases, updated bathrooms, overhead lights/ceiling fans working properly, etc.

Stroll down to the pier or watch the moon over the ocean from the front porch! You can walk with a drink in hand anywhere in a cup , no bottle beer on beach or pets, Police will ticket you.
