Come enjoy this home which is a quick walk or bike ride to the beach! This home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac that you can sit on the front porch and watch your kids ride their bikes around the picturesque oak tree in the middle of the cul-de-sac. New carpet in bedrooms 12/24.
This home has everything you can need - bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, pool towels, house towels and anything you need in kitchen.
This home sleeps 8 people comfortably! It contains 1 king bed (master), 1 King bed (2nd bedroom- King), and 2 full beds in the kids bedroom. The property allows you to bring your children's friends, the in-laws, and rent with a second family.
This home was new to the rental market in 2015 and has been constantly updated to provide maximum comfort for guest. Owner manages the property, the linens, towels, and cleaning products such as vacuum cleaner never leave this property (my linens and towels are not shared with any other rental unit). This property is cleaned by the owner and 1 cleaner which allows me to control the presentation and a complete cleaning of our home in Hilton Head from week to week.

A great home with an ideal location in Sea Pines. Short walk to the beach and the house was stocked with everything a family of four could need including towels, beach chairs, bikes and kitchen items. Communication throughout the week was prompt and efficient. Highly recommend this house for a great vacation on Hilton Head Island.

Bonnie was amazing. House literally has everything…..you do not need to pack your own stuff. Beach toys, beach chairs, towels, pool toys… umbrella bikes the whole nine yards. With the bikes provided of you need to add a baby cart they can do it or baby seat which we needed. Pool is shaded for summer and I recommend getting it heated if you come early. Gas grill was the nicest I have seen at a rental in a long time. She has the pool cleaned for you while you are there. No complaints on this property from us. 10/10 stars and rating

Our family of 4 had a great stay at Bonnie & Ian’s place! They were very accommodating and accessible throughout our vacation. The home was super clean and well stocked. Great location for beach access and many other family friendly activities. We would definitely visit here again!

Perfect place to stay!
Our family had a wonderful stay at the house! Our teenage boys loved their rooms with the big beds and TV. We really enjoyed the relaxing pool, biking to different neighborhoods and the property itself was so clean. The host was so helpful and very easy to reach if we had a question. We were happily surprised to see so many deer throughout the resort. Would definitely stay here again!

House was great and in a quiet neighborhood. On south end of island close to beach. Host was very responsive and ensured we had a great stay!

Wonderful location and clean!

Beautiful/Comfortable home
The heated pool was absolutely wonderful! We loved the proximity to Harbor Town, beaches and shopping! We often rode bikes to the beach to catch sunset as it is close to several beaches!
Very comfortable home---we would definitely stay again! Owners were extremely nice, responsive and helpful!

Family vacation
Had a great family vacation staying at this property. Everything was as advertised. 15 minute walk to the beach, plenty of beach gear provided. Home had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation
Had really nice stay with adult kids and grandchildren. Nice house ,pool close to everything, harbor town, beach. loved you could bike to everything!

Wonderful Family Getaway
We had a wonderful stay! The house is so clean and roomy, and convenient to beach, grocery stores, restaurants. We enjoyed the provided bikes and exploring Sea Pines. Communication was excellent!! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Wonderful experience
We had a great family trip to Hilton head staying at this beautiful house. The pool was the highlight for both the adults and the kids. The high safety locks gave us peace of mind.

Great stay!
The house was setup perfectly for our family. Close enough to the beach to walk or ride our bikes. Bonnie was in touch the entire time, and was quick to respond to inquiries. Highly recommend!

On a recent trip to Hilton Head, our family fell in love with the island. We have four kids, ranging from 5 to 17. We purchased this property to enjoy the family oriented beach community in Sea Pines that allows your children (to put away the electronic devices) and to explore the endless bike paths underneath the shaded canopy of sprawling oaks while also enjoying the pristine beaches of Hilton Head South Carolina. Activities for all ages exist within the Sea Pines Community.

This home is new to the rental market since 2015. This is a fantastic home which is a just short walk or quick bike ride to the beach (3 minutes by bike or 6 minutes by foot). This home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The neighborhood street ends at a long driveway to this house and the area behind the house is “green space,” which makes it completely private as you enjoy the kidney shaped pool. The bike path is shaded and cool without the worry of traffic. There is a crosswalk to facilitate crossing S. Sea Pines Drive to access the beach path (this is just around the corner from where Greenwood Drive and S. Sea Pines Drive merge). The beach path is #26 and it is between Surf Scoter and Snowy Egret. This area of Sea Pines is highly sought after for its privacy and location. It is almost equidistance between South Beach (Salty Dog restaurant) and Harbor Town (Crazy Crab restaurant).

Our Home Includes Free Tennis at South Beach Tennis and has 4 Bikes that are maintained throughout the year with South Beach Bikes. Additionally, Our home has 6 beach chairs with straps for your backs, 2 coolers, Plenty of Beach Towels, and a gas grill in the back yard.
