We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Tern Key home! Beautiful great room and well stocked kitchen and 4 large bedrooms and baths! The pool area was enjoyable and thank you for keeping the pool warm too! The kids and adults loved the pool and enjoyed sitting on the screened in deck at night too! This is our second home with Once upon a beach and their service is fabulous and homes are kept very clean! I love renting from them. We would definately stay at this home again too! A relaxing getaway.

We enjoyed tour stay at the house. It has a very functional layout, amazing kitchen with large dining room table. The backyard was where we spent the majority of our time as it is a great oasis. Our son is an avid fisherman, and he loved fishing off the dock out back. Overall an amazing property for families of all ages.

The ONLY thing I might add is do not order from the vacay rental (200 credit) any chairs wagon umbrellas etc The Ternkey rental sweetly has all those ( but they are not mentioned in the descriptor) I would have use that credit toward bikes instead . The rental was exceptional .

Thank you so much for sharing this thoughtful insight! We really appreciate you pointing that out. While the VayKLife credit is there for guests to customize their stay, it’s always a bonus when a home like Tern Key already has those beach essentials ready to go. That’s such a helpful tip for future guests when deciding how to best use their credit. We’re so glad to hear the rental itself was exceptional and that you had such a great experience. We’d love to have you back again soon!

Beautiful Vacation Home!!

Absolutely immaculate home on Anna Maria Island located in a great neighborhood! The home is beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. The attention to detail in this house is outstanding and we were provided with everything we could have ever wanted/needed. We loved the large bedrooms (each with their own bathroom! What a bonus!) and the beautiful pool/hot tub/outdoor entertainment area that looks out onto the gulf. It is the ideal place to relax and recharge. It is in a perfect location for taking a walk to the beautiful white sand beaches, visiting quaint local shops/restaurants and the local farmers market. We loved our time here and would recommend this property again and again!! We cannot wait to come back.

50th Birthday/Family Reunion

The house is absolutely gorgeous. Great place for family who flew in from PIttsburgh to relax from the cold weather, and a close drive for my husband and I. We valued the space and amenities provided as they helped enhance my husbands surprise 50th birthday celebration with his cousins. We chose to take full advantage of everything offered, and there's a lot! There were a few issues with the outside tv's and elevator, but when we reported the issues to the management company they had someone out to help us almost immediately. We would all highly recommend this home to others.
