Four bedrooms are perfectly separated and private, each one offering spacious tropical balconies and ensuite bathrooms. Every bedroom was designed with the ultimate comfort in mind. Choose from one of the four king master bedrooms featuring a Sleep Number bed, Purple Mattress or Posturepedic. Each bedroom features its own private, attached bathroom.

We won't blame you if you want to spend all of your time soaking in the beachfront heated pool and spa. Your family will love the poolside covered deck and game room. With foosball, Pacman arcade game, Xbox and TV you will never have to hear "I'm bored". You may not even need TV at all, but rather everyone will love the show that nature puts on for you right outside your door. If you do leave this stunning home you will want to stroll on the powdery sand up to Bean Point for the most remarkable sunsets you have ever seen. ^Please keep in mind that residential elevators are advertised as a convenience only. If the elevator becomes inoperable for any reason, the stairs will be only way to access the living area of the home.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

PET POLICY:

We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs total for 1 pet or 120 lbs for 2 pets.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
