We do not supply shampoo or body wash due to everyone's unique skin needs and avoid potential reactions.

We are excited to welcome you to our vacation home in Glendale, Arizona. The pool heat pump will be set to 90 degrees, however, due to near freezing temperatures in the winter season and changes in weather, it may drop below the set temperature. No worries as the pool heater will be on and running 24/7 during your stay. The ideal swimming times are between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.

For liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Glendale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & removal of this listing on multiple platforms.

Security System: All cameras have video/audio & will be on during your stay.

2) Ring Floodlight Camera viewing the East Side RV gate.
3) Ring Floodlight Camera monitoring AC units for maintenance purposes.

This house was amazing! We hit record heat of 118 degrees, but the amazing pool and kicking AC made the accommodations comfortable. We went to the KC/Cardinals football game via Uber (because of the heat), but it was only a 20 minute walk home after the game. The neighborhood felt very safe and was well lit. We spent a day kayaking at Foxtail Salt River and saw the Wild Horses and incredible views. I also recommend a Spa day and Horseback at Aji Spa! I can’t say enough about this trip. The house has everything you need. Comfortable beds and furniture and plenty of towels. 5 stars doesn’t do it enough Justice. I give it 10!

Great place for family!

Love how the place was big enough for my family. The little details to accommodate kids were perfect. Everything was labeled too which made it easier. Would stay and recommend to anyone again

Everything you need

We had a fantastic stay! The home was incredibly clean—so much so that both of our infants ran straight into the sliding glass door because it was spotless! The house had everything we needed and more: a spacious layout, fully stocked amenities, a great pool, ping pong table, rec equipment, and a fun playground area for the kids.The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and the location was perfect—just minutes from State Farm Stadium, Topgolf, shopping, and tons of dining options. It was the ideal home base for our trip. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Property for Spring Training Family

This property was exactly as advertised, and the owners were thorough in their communication, quick to respond to my text messages and immediately solved a minor issue with the entry code once I contacted them. Literally only a two minute delay for us to get into the house. I could not have asked for better service or a more communicative host. The property location allowed us to attend both the Cleveland guardian stadium, and the San Diego Padres stadium with less than a 15 minute drive. We had let the host know that we were arriving with a three month old and a 2 1/2 year-old as well as their parents and my husband and I. They made sure they put out all extra toys and equipment that children might need. This was unexpected and very much appreciated. We will definitely stay at this property again the next time we visit for spring training.

We loved staying at this property. Our daughter was able to play from sun up to sun down and loved every minute of it. The only downside was that the beds weren’t the most comfortable. We will definitely stay here again though, just for the amenities and for all the toddler friendly toys/etc

Perfect Family House

This house was an amazing getaway home for our family. The pool was absolutely one of our favorite parts. Very open concept house! Neighborhood was very nice and loved that it was so close to westgate! Tons of dining and shopping around. Communication with our host and co hosts was top notch and they were very attentive and went above and beyond. We would highly recommend this home to anyone and a home we would stay at agaon!

Fun for the whole family

This property has something for everyone! Our kids’ eyes lit up when they walked in the door (and we have teenagers…that doesn’t happen very often). It’s only a couple mile walk to Westgate, if you want to avoid parking for an event. The pool was very comfortably heated even though we were there in the winter. The Crain’s messaged us several times during our stay to make sure we didn’t want for anything . We have zero complaints.We didn’t cook much. The kitchen had everything we needed, including an air fryer for left overs and a blender for margaritas…I mean smoothies ;-)

Above and Beyond the Best!!

Best rental experience ever! The Xmas tree in the home was such a nice surprise!! I cannot say enough amazing things that make this VRBO rental home absolutely the perfect place to stay! We were visiting my children for Christmas and I had them over to cook “mom’s Xmas dinner” and little did I know that the hosts had thought of every thing one would need to prepare in their kitchen. The beds are very comfortable! The pool was heated and felt great in the chillier temps. The home is very well maintained and I definitely look forward to renting again! Thank you sooo much for an awesome family Christmas away from home.

Amazing house

Everything was amazing! The communication was great. Plenty of room and well stocked. Very close to grocery stores but in a very nice neighborhood away from main roads. Close to the Stadium which was very perfect for our trip! The pool was very nice.

Our family’s stay at this vacation rental was exceptional! The host was kind and very hospitable. This location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions while still providing a peaceful retreat. Aubriana is originally from the Midwest and is an Iowa Hawkeye. Chris is a Wisconsinite and bleeds Green and Gold. In 2013, we moved to Arizona to follow our dreams of becoming Physical Therapists. After meeting in school and graduating, we decided to stay in Arizona to start our family. Finally, in December 2021, we decided to move back to the Midwest to be closer to family.

To keep a connection to the warmth of Arizona, we decided to host and share our love for the state with others.
