This beachfront 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium can sleep up to six people. It is located in one of the premium locations of Gulf Shores, close to many restaurants and shopping areas. The unit overlooks and provides direct access to the beach. The condo has been updated with many new furniture and decorative improvements.

Free parking on-site is provided for one car only. HOA does not allow for more than one car per unit.

Great location

Nicely decorated, easy access to the beach. We had some bad weather during our stay, (February) but our view was beautiful and this place cozy when we stayed in out of the weather.

Excellent Stay

First off, the communication from the owner was above and beyond excellent. The condo is beautiful and the ocean view is gorgeous. We had a great stay.

Amazing First Time in Gulf Shores!

We had the vacation we needed this week, and this property made that experience so nice. The access to the beach was unbelievable, and we loved seeing the Gulf every morning. The unit was very clean, and the owner was so communicative. We enjoyed working with her! Hope to come again next year!

Vacation

Everything was beautiful! The beach however had severe erosion in front of the property so there was only room for one row of chairs basically and about 3 foot drop off to get down to the water. The rental chairs took up most of the area. The one thing I didn’t like about the room was there was no outdoor balcony. Other than that everything was as amazing.

Not as we expected

My husband and I stayed at this condo for a few days and was just disappointed. There were issues in the condo that need to be fixed or addressed. When I tried to raise the shade in the master bedroom, It came off of the rod and looked like it had been taped on there. A previous review had said the same thing, but evidently nothing was done. There was a drip in the middle bathtub faucet. The volume on the Roku in the twin bedroom would not work. The smoke detector fell off of the wall. The sheets, bed covers, shower curtains and window curtains are an inexpensive polyester. The kitchen and living area was nice, but I was really disappointed that it did not have a walk out balcony, which I assumed from the pictures did, but that’s not the owners fault. It’s an older building, but with a little TLC this condo could be a gem. The owner was quick in replying to my questions and was patient.

You are paying for the view, but not much else!

Pictures are nice, but, in my opinion, it's a low rent apartment playing dress up. The view is amazing! It was enjoyable being so close to the beach, but that's it. The RR and kitchen ceilings are much lower than the other rooms. My husband and son are 6ft+; they both kept 'ducking their heads'. The showers! My tall boys could not get an adequate shower due to the limited space in the tub (tiny), low location of the shower head and water pressure (pitiful). When you try to adjust the shower head, the pipes move.They were not secure at all and it makes the apartment feel cheaply repaired. When we arrived the hallway RR's TP holder was in the floor. Later on when we gathered dishes for a meal, the plates and utensils were placed back in the cabinets and drawers dirty. We had to wash dishes before we could eat. However, I do not know if the cleaner did this, or the last renter. Just FYI. Then as we began to get ready for our 1st night's sleep (more head shakes). There is one window in the master with a rolling roman shade. I pulled it down for night-time privacy and the shade came off the roll. Then we clicked the fan on high. It moved so irratically, I was unsure of it being safe enough to use. Then we noticed a patch of the ceiling falling. Finally, the matresses SUCKED!!! So cheap. Sleeping on box-springs. This was the worst part; not being able to sleep and waking up with sore bodies!!! It got worse every day. It should be enjoyable experience not a just a view.

Great stay

This property was located perfectly on the beach. One of the only properties with a swimming pool which turned out to be a huge plus for us. It an extra bonus instead of just the ocean! Communication was great the entire stay. Would recommend

Beach stay for wedding

Our family loved you mr comdo and the decor. We stay at this property at least 3 times a year. The owner did a great job accommodations our stay. It was extremely unfortunate that we had to have a window replaced while there but they made it a little better. Thank you for offering your beach home to us!

All around 5 star experience. First time visiting Alabama but will certainly not be my last. The host was awesome and the unit was clean, comfortable, and very well appointed for a quick spring break get away!!

Relaxing in comfort

Gulf shores

It’s the first time we’ve been to Gulf Shores. The view is awesome- we could see both the sunrise & sunset from our condo. Condo was neat & clean; beds were comfortable; furniture was great. The only cons were that the pool isn’t heated & there’s no hot tub, so we couldn’t swim because ocean was also cold. We also missed our turn into the parking lot often because you couldn’t see the name or street number til you passed it (looks very similar to the buildings next to it). We would stay here again!
