Our beautiful a cozy 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms a sunny balcony in a historical building next National Opera House , we , the owners welcome you at your arrival and I , Janos availbale for
private guided historical city tour on foot , trams or on bikes
or to Szentendre into the art village by train or boat .
Also like to share about we do our private home restaurant where we not only share great local meals but build a friendly atmosphare where exchnage thoughts .. and finally my friend happy to invitate you for his amazing motor yacht when speed or slow you can enjoy Budapest from the midle of Danube .

When arriving at airport
our personal driver happy to wait you at the airport

Our apartment , called Szukkot located in the heart of old Jewish quarter
1 min walk to National Opera House .
The apartment consists of three big separate rooms with separate entrances each , an ensuite twin bedroom (bed 180 x 200 cm ) with rain shower and AC .
A bedroom with balcony with twin bed (bed 180 x 200 cm ) and a large living room with AC and quality sofa bed which can double as an extra bedroom if required , provide plenty privacy even for five - six guests . There is a second bathroom with bathtub , both bathrooms have toilet . The brand new kitchen well equipped offer all comfort comes together with the dinning area .
This bright, spacious 100 m2 airy apartment has south facing terrace ideal for morning coffee or a glass of wine at nightfall while you have a city view to the authentic Jewish quarter . The apartment located in an old historical building (built in 1906 )
2nd floor without lift but we will be there to help with the bags .

We always welcome the guests personally , anytime , does not matter which hour is the arrival . Introduce the apartment and give the keys and useful city information .
Please consider there is a 20 euro late check in fee arriving after 22 pm .

The location is in the trendy , lively neighbourhood but in a small quiet street. In the immediate surroundings you can visit the Great Synagogue , Opera House , Basilica , Andrassy avenue as well many cafes , restaurants , galleries. but all city can be reached by walk , ideal as a holiday home and living really the spirit of Budapest .

Private airport pick up :
our personal driver can wait you at the airport exit and drive to the apartment where we will welcome you also personally ,
the pick up is 50 euros for up to 4 guests .

PERSONAL GUIDED city , village or hiking tours , guided by Janos

My personal guided city walks talks about to see my country history through my family eyes , not juts see the beauty of the city but also search and introduce the reality , real people real problems , happiness , compare your and our freedom , economy , discuss how can be that more locals say somehow in communism was easier than today ...
All these questions which too personal to discuss in bigger group . We see on the way all monuments like Parliament , Castle hill , Shoeses , Great Market , St Stephen Basilica , Opera , Jewish quarter , old bath houses . I am felxible how many hours and what time start ..

I do also tours by train , boat to the art village , into the Danube bend , to the most romantic 1000 yo village in Hungary called Szentendre where must to have langos , turos palacsinta , kurtos kalacs and all these in a grandma garden ..

What else I also do panoramic hiking tours over Danube bend . One called Spartacus osveny , it is flat excursion with hilltop amazing villages like Pilisszentlaszlo , Visegrad , great views to the bend ending in a forrest restaurant or a late grill lunch in the sandy river beach with the best 360 panoramic views in the bend .. travel by boat , trains , local buses ...

City tour , Szentendre village or hiking over the bend is
80 euro per person .
There is only few euros for travel tickets .
Tours are flexible but usually around 6 hours in the city and Szentendre and
a full day when hiking or discovering the Danube bend ..

As I was learning to cook in high school and love cooking since that I like to introduce myself and Jozsef my best friend from village to invitate you for a home made dinner with our stories , hungarian music and the spirit of entering into local peoples life ... ask for menu options ........
we belive it is more than a home restaurant
price is 110 euro per person .
Includes local wines , mineral water , welcome spirit , palinka .

Finally like to share an activity as an option
PRIVATE SPEED BOAT , YACHT TRIPS ON DANUBE RIVER .
these are panoramic to the beauty of our city but can be also a trip to Szentendre art village ..
ASK PLEASE FOR PHOTOS , the yachts are amazing , luxury ..
1 hour tour speed or slower sightseeing tour as you wish ..
yacht up to 4 guest daytime is 350 euros
for sunset and evening tours 390 euros .
The bigger yacht for 6 is 440 euros daytime and 480 euros for evenings .
