Beautiful area

My husband and I stayed here for a week and 1/2. The pool was great, lots of restaurants near by, the house was clean. Only thing missing was washcloths, hand soaps and hot pads for the kitchen if you cooked something in the oven. We left the soaps and stuff we bought there, so hopefully the next guests won’t have to worry about that. All in all a wonderful place to stay

Wonderful

This is the perfect family vacation house. The large well groomed yard is perfect for yard games. The pool clear and sparkling. Plenty of sleeping room in other house and convenient to the beaches and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Florida home getaway

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at this property. The home was very clean, in a great location, pool was warm and comfortable. The owner of the property is responsive and very easy to work with. We really enjoyed everything about our stay and would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in southern Florida. We've stayed here twice now and will definitely return again.

North Port Home

Ruslan was very accommodating and easy to work with. The property was clean, pleasant and in a great location. The pool was warm and we used it a number of times during our two week stay. I would definitely recommend this property.

Enjoyable Week

Very clean and well furnished. I would suggest attention to the outside. The property needs a spray or powder for ants and mowing. I do understand that Hurricane Ian may be a factor. The pool was great and sparkling clean.

Soaking the sun!

Clean house with ample space. We spent some time every day around the beautiful pool watching grandchildren swim. The beach is 30-45 minutes away. The yard behind and in front of the house was unkempt, not true to your photos.

The stove in the kitchen is broken!!!

Do NOT stay here unless you want to have to cook on a stove in the garage! VRBO currently is investigating it!

There is a stove or range in the kitchen and a second kitchen range in the garage. The oven in the kitchen does not display temperature, but the second range has an oven.

Quiet neighborhood

My wife and I stayed here for three weeks in February 2024. One daughter and her family joined us for one of those weeks and another daughter and her family joined us for a second week. The neighborhood was quiet, there was plenty of room in the house, and the pool was a hit with the grandkids. The house was clean. The owner responded to our concerns much quicker than I expected. I appreciate his responsiveness.

Black Widow Spiders, Ants, Dirty Beds and More

Notified owners of the issues the day we checked in and have not received any response. All of the bed sheets still have an imprint of a body along with hair and odor of a person. The blankets have just been pulled over the bed sheets. There are is an abundance of cobwebs throughout the inside of the house and on the lanai. We found several cockroaches in the garage, 1 by the door going into the house and the others next to the stoves that still have traces of food debris on them and on counter tops. The patio furniture, inside the pool cage and on the paver lanai are unusable due to broken parts, rips, missing cushions, missing sections. All of the smoke alarms batteries are missing and the battery covers are open. Carbon monoxide detectors are missing. The bathroom has significant damage and item ripped from the wall of the shower. There is wall damage in the bedrooms and throughout the house interior walls. There is an abundance of broken chairs, toys and other debris left outside of the pool cage on the lanai. The house has an unpleassnt odor. We checked the AC filter and it's completely black appears it hasn't been changed in a significant amount of time. There were several food items left in the refrigerator and freezer. The ice box in the lower freezer area was extremely dirty and had some sort of orange substance on it. There are several other things wrong with the residence. These issues are unfortunately unfixable during our short stay but wante

Some good, some not so good.

It is obvious that this property once was very loved. Unfortunately, it now is a bit neglected. The layout is great, with the master suite on one side and two bedrooms on the other. The living room has a reclining sofa and loveseat, but the vinyl on the sofa is peeling in between the cushions. Bathrooms need some work. Laundry and kitchen are good but no spices or detergent. The grounds are overgrown and the trees are in desperate need of a trimming. The outdoor furniture is rusty with no cushions. There’s a Charcoal grill, but we had to buy our own charcoal. There’s also the remnants of a gas grill, but there’s an animal nest in it. The pool is saltwater. The filter is on a timer, which comes on after 9am. If you’re like us, you want to swim in the early morning. Here, that is pretty much impossible this time of year because every morning there is a layer of no see ums (little flying gnats) in the pool. Once the filter runs for a couple of the hours and you skim, they’re mostly gone, but that’s not until about noon. The pool room is screened but the no see ums easily get through. After a few days, I was covered in bites. Owner was responsive to our complaints - he mowed when asked, put salt in the pool, and brought some usable chairs for outside - but he thereafter showed up unannounced a few times. This was disconcerting. I would buy this home and give it the tlc it needs if it were on the market, but I presently would not rent here again. So much potential.

Best Experience We Ever Had

Firstly, Ruslan was genuinely the nicest person. Any time before and during our trip I needed to ask a question, he responded within 5 minutes. That alone made my trip less hectic and my anxiety stay under control. I don't have much space to review or I could write so much good about him. Highly recommend him and his property if you are looking for a vaca rental. The house was beautiful, clean and nicely stocked for us. You can't beat the price either! We are a family of 7, ranging from 9 to adults and it was cheaper than 2 decent hotel rooms for 10 days. He made sure the yard was mowed and that the pool had chlorine while we were there. No side neighbors, so the kids played in the pool and out back without bothering anyone. If inflation doesn't ruin our chances of vaca again, we will be renting again from him next year. He really made it affordable and safe to have a nice place to stay with a large family. He didn't jack his prices up like other places just cause he could and that alone shows his genuine kindness. It felt like he understood and just wants families to be able to spend time together. Overall, I give it a 10/10. Thank you, Ruslan, for an amazing experience!
