No expenses spared: Crown molding throughout, granite counters in kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, porcelain tile, designer furniture and linens, 50' wall mounted LCD TV with Bluray/DVD player and Cable connected to surround sound system. Wireless Internet is also included for your convenience. Enjoy a fabulous view of Clearwater Harbor as well as great views of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the Dolphins and Manatees play right off your balcony. Community includes heated pool & spa, bathhouse, rec room, fishing docks, elevator, secured keypad entry, covered parking (1st spot by door). Amazing central location is within walking distance to everything. Incredible views of Intracoastal, Clearwater Harbor and Downtown Clearwater, and located just a couple of blocks from the pristine white sandy beach, and a short drive to Sand Key Park and Beach!

Super clean and luxurious!

We enjoyed our stay. This was our first condo and it did not disappoint. Condo was super clean with all necessities. Plenty of room. We saw dolphins and a manatee from the balcony! We would stay here again.

Exceptional

We stayed one week at Harborview Grande and have zero complaints! Our host was informative and responsive. The condo was impressive, very clean and comfortable, everything provided to make a week long beach vacation go smoothly. We were less than 5min walk to the beach and walking distance to so many restaurants and stores along the strip. We watched the best fireworks with a panoramic view from the balcony on the 6th floor. We seen dolphins in the bay and explored all of the area north and south. Looking forward to returning to Clearwater!

Unit was advertised with a pool but it was broken for the two weeks we were there we had to pay the motel across the road to allow us to use their pool

Beautiful Condo! Mary Beth was also very easy to get ahold of through the whole process from booking to prior to arrival and once there. Beautiful views. Will for sure stay here again!

Great Stay at Harbourview Grande

It was a family holiday for our son and our 3 grandchildren. It is always difficult to book holidays on line but we were not disappointed when we arrived at the apartment. It was as described with lovely views of the harbour and easy access to several beaches on the other side of the Boulevard. The children were very happy and we saw dolphins and manatees from the balcony. We also had excellent views of the 4 July firework displays. I would recommend this particular apartment to anyone who would like a holiday in Clearwater.

Harborview Grand

Once again a wonderful week at Clearwater Beach. This condo is well maintained with lovely views of the Marina. Family of 6 adults enjoyed a week of relaxation at the beach. Enjoyed several good meals at local restaurants. A golf outing for the guys. Opal spa for the girls. A day at Busch Gardens Tampa. Several days on the beach. Weather was a bit unpredictable- with storms coming in fast but moving on quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Mother of high schoolers

The unit itself was extremely clean. We had multiple families in multiple condos and they all were great. The common spaces were vacuumed each day/sand gone in elevators by end of each night. The only downside is the small pool — it worked for all of us, bc we were mostly at the beach. But it is small compared f that is your personal only option. Very safe. Security guard walks about in the wee hours of the morning. Codes to get into building, parking, pool, and room. Definitely would stay here again.

Great building

This is our 2nd stay at the HarbourView Grand, so we knew the great location and spacious units. Everything exceeded our expectations and had a great time. Very spacious unit/rooms…great for our extended family that joined us over the 3 weeks we were there.

Clearwater Stay

Amazing place to stay. So clean and well stocked! Love the view of the waterway and got to watch the dolphins. Very close to the beach and other restaurants. We will definite come back if we are in the Clearwater area!! Thanks Mary-Beth!!

Better than expected

The place was exactly what was described. Very nice! Someone parked in our reserved spot for a few days but finally read our note and moved. Not the owners fault at all. Great views off the back and very comfortable beds. We would stay again. Thanks

Beautifully furnished condo minutes away from everything

Excellent rental experience from beginning to end. Host was always quick to answer questions leading up to and during our stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. We loved watching dolphins from the balcony and were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do in the area.

Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful time in Clearwater… loved the location of this condo with views from the patio of the bay, where we got to see a baby dolphin swimming with its mother one morning. But there are also beautiful glimpses of the intercostal pass and the sand key beaches from the front of the property… close enough to walk our bike to pretty much everything

Family vacation

Everything was great we stayed years ago at this complex. Check in is too late 2 to 3 would be better people take early flights to get there then well have to wait. Check out 11 would of been perfect. Especially with kids. The tv were very hard to figure out took us til the last day. Then on check out the cleaning lady was out in front of our door at 9:15. But she knew she had to wait so really no problem. Overall it was exactly as we remembered

Great Vacation

Perfect place to vacation in Clearwater Beach, Florida. The condo was located in the center of things to do and visit in the area. The property was as big as my house and is well cared for with three bedrooms, a large kitchen/ living room , and two bathrooms. There is large balcony overlooking the harbor that is a great place to relax and hangout. Compared to hotels in the area this condo was a fantastic value. Will be going back!

Fun in clearwater!!!

We had a amazing time in Clearwater!!!! Condo is close to everything in walking distance to restaurants, beach, shops, and pier 60. We also traveled to Disney a day and to a Tampa tarpons baseball game. Great Florida stay!

Peaceful condo

Clearwater Beach is beautiful and can get a little crazy during spring break. We throughly enjoyed getting back to the condo after a trip to the beach and just chillin’ out on the patio. Beautiful view of the intercostal waterway and very quite and relaxing. The grandkids even got to see some dolphins from the balcony. We were there for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It’s a short walk to Clearwater beach and a short drive to the quieter Sand Key beach. We liked being so close to restaurants and especially the ice cream shops. The Taco Bus across the street was a big hit for the whole family. The condo was beautiful and had lots of room. It was well equipped and we didn’t really have anything we needed that we couldn’t find. Thanks for a great trip! We look forward to coming back.
